Vitaly DesignReviews of vitalydesign.com

Ha sido mi primera compra. Estoy pendiente de un cambio porque es un regalo y necesitamos uno más grande. He de decir que contestan súper rápido para resolver cualquier duda

I recently made a mistake in my order and reached out to their support for help correcting it. Their team was super responsive and helpful. They were able to help me with my problem.

Amazing service, immediate response, quick and easy returns and refunds. Amazing customer service

Price dropped by over 54euro just 2 days after my first purchase(total order was 180euro . I sent a polite email asking for a price adjustment and was completely ignored. A disappointing first impression means I won't be a returning customer.

Great customer service the response time was impeccable

I come to them with so many problems, and they always come through for me. This team is so fast, so on top of things. They are just excellent. I’ve had so many questions, changes of address, or exchanges, and they always make it happen with ease, speed, and kindness! I appreciate them so much; they’re truly the best in customer service.

I’ve been an Vitaly customer for years now and they make it easy to stay loyal. Their designs are gorgeous, durable, and high quality. I also love their sustainability and that they don’t gender their jewelry. Just ordered a piece and was accidentally charged for shipping when it should have been free. I wrote their customer service team and the issue was resolved within an hour, truly excellent customer service as always

Customer service was helpful and answered my questions. The site is stylish and easy to navigate. The products are unique and truly show-stopping. I cannot wait for my purchase to arrive.
