First time I used this product, my hair started falling out. I now have bald spots were my hair fell out! I lost more hair than I have in the last year. I do not want monthly shipments. Please. No more of this stuff. Read my request and don’t send me another bottle of Hair Envy.

I have had a very unfortunate experience with the costumer service. I still have not received my order from the 16 of december. I have been trying to contact the costumer service several times both on emails, by the webpage and on the telephone, and only a few times did they ever respond, an answer on email, I unfortunate could not use for anything, since they did not respond to my request, despite me being very much begging for help. My order is somewhere in Denmark, no postoffice has it, and I have still not received a real tracking number, that can tell me where it is. And the few times I get In contact I get the same answer. Which is a repetitive response I can not use. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I am very sad that I had to write a bad review, but I am hoping to attract som attention, so that I can finally receive my order of get a refund. Please. This is so unacceptable

DECEPTIVE and EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY OILS. I received oils that expire the month I received them. OUTRAGEOUS they would not give me a refund. These oils smell adulterated and nothing like the truly therapeutic grade oils from Young Living. Do NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS. The online advertising said free shipping and returns.. but they actually won't give you your money back... just exchange for other bad imitations of therapeutic products.

I ordered from this company in early December 2019. The website got my order wrong. I tried calling them (no one ever answers) and was able to leave a voicemail. I also followed up with an email. I received a rude reply from someone named Dean. They finally sent me a return label and I mailed it back asking for a refund. According to the tracking, it was received on January 7th 2020. Still no refund as of today and no reply back when I email them. I will be following up with PayPal with this complaint. This company has some serious issues, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Products never showed up and there is no response from customer service. Definitely a scam site.

I finally received my order today and the bracelets are too small. It didn’t indicate the sizes.

OMG! where do I start. My daughter wanted products from this company for Christmas. so on December 4th I ordered. I kept looking for " your order has shipped" finally about December 15th I started emailing " where is my order?" no reply after 4 emails I finally found a phone number to call. This is week before Christmas. I was told order hadn't shipped because one item " a refill" was back order! Really! I said well now my daughter won't even get products for Christmas. Could you ship everything but refill! DUH! Well guess what I received ONE item after Christmas! Now you would think they would've emailed me about back order! NOPE! you would think they would've emailed me about only one item shipped! NOPE! I told my daughter your order is coming!!! NOPE! it was only ONE item and not even her's! Oh I had to call just to find out that one item was being shipped.Here it is January 3rd. I just gave my daughter the order.When I called and said it was only one item because I expected everything but the refill they said oh that is being shipped let me get tracking #.. Is it too much to think they would've emailed me or put on website order shipped! When I ask why didn't I get notice order shipped? she said because they have to physically go in and manually do it! guess that is too much for them! I also told her I know this is a small company because a big company would never handle business like this and you will never grow if you continue this way! Merry Christmas.
