SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

This is a total scam! I ordered from vitality extract, it's been over 2.5 months and never got my shipment. I clicked the tracking no on their website and it went to UPS and it says shipment arrived in Bangkok since June 23. But when I called UPS in Bangkok about the status they said this is not UPS number. I wrote to Vitality Extract customer service and never got the reply. You will receive everything from them like a legit place. I got email from then on June 6. It's Aug 18 and I never got anything. It's a total scam!

I ordered matching bracelets for myself and a friend. They were supposed to be rose quartz. The day after I received it I got it wet and it turned white. Fake rose quartz is laughable. The next day I received an email from another company addressed to my friends name. They sold my info that quick!!

I was placed on an auto ship subscription that I did not request. I called on7/16 and was able to stop the shipment before shipping it out and asked the representative if I had any other pending orders and was told no. Then on 7/29 I received an order for over $80 worth of merchandise I don’t need nor have any form of an email receipt for. I am on in home quarantine since 3/24, so I can’t return it and they won’t refund my money until it’s returned. So they evidently don’t care about their customers safety when they want you to jeopardize your life just to return a package you didn't order in the first place. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. They NEVER have a supervisor on duty to speak with, so I guess they can do anything they want!!

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve asked for a refund and they are refusing

They are not legit and it is a total scam!!! Never received my order and received a phony shipping tracking number. Their phone number is not a working number. Why PayPal allows them to use them is beyond me, PayPal should be held liable as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are dodgy and will take your money without sending you anything. They will also send tracking details but you soon realise that the parcel doesn’t seem to be going anywhere! I bought a few things from them as a gift and didn’t receive anything, I then contacted them on Facebook and didn’t get a response, I even emailed them and no response! They are an absolute scam! Stop ripping people off!
