I have used so many of the Vitality Extracts Essential oils and have even given to some of my family that has pains and they reported that it helped them. I have knee pain and the aches and pains works very well for me. I bought some Frankincense balm for my granddaughter who had acne on her face and she now looks beautiful.

I use the Frank+Helichrysum oil and love it. I have lower back and hip pain which is relived within a few minutes after application. In addition, unlike some reviewers, I have had excellent experience with the company's customer service. The 7 day a week number provided staff that was friendly, responsive and professional.

Sorry I forgot my Trust meter and didn’t use this site prior to a purchase from Vitality Extracts. The product is worthless. Arnica I found works best. Thank you to everyone who posts their experiences.

I fell for their persuasive ads, and testimonials, ordered some roll-ons balms, which are nice smelling but I no longer expect great things from them. Then I was offered $50 off my next order....IF I did a video of my experience, and what was great about their products! So now you know, they DO solicit & entice customers, then reward endorsements, so each person writing claptrap about them is being paid with product!!! I am unhappy about that, and with myself for believing their glowing reviews nonsense. I have previously ordered some helichrysum oil from a reliable source, and mixed some into a benign lotion i have on hand. My husband used it night and day to help the skin on his arms, which has a lot of discoloration from various factors. He is happy with it, thinks it is helping, but then he started with the Vitality helichrysum roll on and he's saying it's not as good as my own concoction. So I know that these oils CAN help somewhat, but they are way overpriced for what they are. My advice - go local and skip this company.

As was previously seen in other reviews , their marketing is aimed solely at getting , persuading, customer to include more items , in addition to item(s) ordered . Relentless is more accurate. Why they feel the need to do this ? Again at each what u think as ok I'm done , nope, we have another deal, and again and again. Enuf already. Also when returning , given store credit not real money, which means u have to buy more from them which was not intent. Shady business. Chris's site pushed vitality products , how I heard of it. Now I'll HAVE to repurchase from them like or not, so they get my money yet again . SHADY as hell.

I also would say “don’t waste your money”! I purchased helichrysum oil first…did nothing. My bruise took normal time to heal! Hair envy is so greasy…need to wash hair after use! Lash envy says to not get in your eyes!!! Almost impossible! Skin envy is nothing new… Hype and not worth money and postage!!!

I feel it is important to warn others to avoid dealing with this company!! Customer service was very responsive to my questions prior to placing an order, but unhelpful and non-responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I'm now stuck with the wrong oil. There are too many other qualified and reputable essential oil companies to rely upon, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!
