Ordered nov 17th and no order received & no reply - they took my money!!! Don’t order!!!

The bracelets are ok but take quite a while to dry when oils are added. The oils are very strong so only need a drop or two. However, I was very angry to find out that the shipping costs do not cover customs charges so I had to pay an extra £12.19! When checking the website more thoroughly there is some small print under the Q&A section to say you have to pay these but I am not impressed that this was not made clear or I would not have ordered them. Would never use this company again.

I placed order received tracking info. Was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks ago and still have not received order. Run around by UPS, giving me the same tracking And delivery date of original info with no update as to why I haven’t received order or what they might do about it. Nothing from Vitality extract. Incredibly difficult to reach. I guess neither UPS or Vitality cares and does not want to help resolve. Will not order from them again.

Order supposedly shipped 9 days ago. Must be coming by Pony Express. Was sent an email that was supposed to have a tracking number but didn't. When I tried to email the company to get the tracking number and carrier, guess what, the email wouldn't send unless I supplied a valid answer! Answer to what?? All required fields had been appropriately filled. If I get the product, and it works, I'll update this statement. If not, I'll just dispute. Not too impressed......

Awful service. have not received my order and it has been more than a month now. Will never ever order again. Only reply is that they have been overwelmed with orders...... not acceptable as an answer for me.

This stuff stinks, every one of them. Waaaay overpriced for pure crap. Nothing worked. A huge waste of money. I wonder where they got their good reviews from their site. Hmmm

It's a scam !!!

My first order was AMAZING, the oils really helped me focus and to ease my anxiety. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Second time I ordered, something went wrong and my package was lost in transit. At first, no one wanted to take responsibility for what happened, but after a few emails back and forth Vitality Extracts did. I got a full refund on my order and I definetly will shop there again, thanks to the safety I felt when everything went really wrong. Thanks for excellent products and amazing service.
