Sorry I forgot my Trust meter and didn’t use this site prior to a purchase from Vitality Extracts. The product is worthless. Arnica I found works best. Thank you to everyone who posts their experiences.

As was previously seen in other reviews , their marketing is aimed solely at getting , persuading, customer to include more items , in addition to item(s) ordered . Relentless is more accurate. Why they feel the need to do this ? Again at each what u think as ok I'm done , nope, we have another deal, and again and again. Enuf already. Also when returning , given store credit not real money, which means u have to buy more from them which was not intent. Shady business. Chris's site pushed vitality products , how I heard of it. Now I'll HAVE to repurchase from them like or not, so they get my money yet again . SHADY as hell.

I feel it is important to warn others to avoid dealing with this company!! Customer service was very responsive to my questions prior to placing an order, but unhelpful and non-responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I'm now stuck with the wrong oil. There are too many other qualified and reputable essential oil companies to rely upon, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

Product DOES NOT perform as advertised.

Customer service is non existent and the oils are trash! Don’t waste your money.

They offered me a sample with free shipping. I followed the prompts to enter my email and give my phone number for text messages. I received a code. When I went on their site., it was no longer a free balm, but but one and get one free. And no longer free shipping. You had to spend $100. And my code would not work. I called customer service and I told her that this was false advertising . But she said she would let her manager know,

first of all your customer service representative on the phone was the absolute worst experience. I told her I could not successfully inhale the breathe easy and she argued and said the diffuser works perfectly for her. I told her I DIDN'T but the diffuser. I told her I had purchased the inhaler and she asked me what I bought it for. I said to "breathe easy" She was insulting to me and rude. It took me awhile to keep trying the product and I finally gave up trying today. She told me,"it sounds like you need to go to the Dr. (OMG) I choked on the inhale and could not inhale the product.She refused to return, and because of this rude customer service, I will NEVER order Vitality products again!!!

Promises made about Vitality Extracts for their Helichrysum Oil Balm were not true for me. I saw no improvement from using this product. Then the worst part is that they have a 7 day return policy and only for store credit, not for a refund. This is not sufficient time to even see if the product is effective. Plus if the product is NOT effective, I do not want to receive a credit for another product from them. I think this is a terrible product and a terrible company for false advertising and unreasonable return/refund policy.
