They sent me an expired essential oil and refused to send me a new one. I wrote my bad experience in my social networks and the blocked me. I received my oil on May 2020 and it was expired since April.

It is now 40 days since I placed and received confirmation of my order but I have not yet received the order. In spite of contacting Team Vitality 3 times I have not received any communication?

IT’S A SCAM! I left a nice review on the company through their webpage.. I’m sure it will be deleted or won’t show because their reviews are being sourced through yotpo.com.. Very misleading. I don’t normally like to give bad reviews, I like to be positive but when marketing is misleading to hook people in, it’s not fair.. this isn’t about the money, it’s about being honest with the public. This review will be posted in many platforms I belong to... rip off, Yelp, FB, Instagram etc. I’m sure you get the point. Not to be mean to this company but to help someone else in making an educated decision before they push the button. THE PRODUCT - Vitality Hair Envy 3 bottle Bundle, they push you purchasing more than one bottle for a better price $59.00. This product claims to make your HAIR GROW, get healthier and look fuller... here is my problem, I purchased 3 bottles, they give you a 14 day return policy. I don’t know about you but there is no hair product that would give you results in 14 days. What does that say about Vitality really believing their product works or does what they say it does, in my situation, I wanted to give this a fair shot and decided to try the product for at least 30 days and give a bottle to my wife and daughter WHICH I feel is still not long enough. When we didn’t see any results I contacted the company to get my money back. I received an email letting me know they would not give me a refund because of their 14 policy. I get it but, my opinion they should under promise over deliver. Another thing that leads me to believe this company has been built on lies is their social media - look them up on FaceBook, they have over a million followers and 5 to 18 likes on their posts. Moving on to Instagram 176k followers and 150 likes.. Here’s my. Response to their email letting me know about their return policy : In regards to your response - Just some input for whom ever cares. If you truly believe in your product like a hair growth product you should give it more time, that’s why I purchased 3 bottles, to give it a fair shot, hoping that it works and then I would be a customer forever. Other products you carry probability not because they are not looking for results like this. I would of probably answered my concerns more like this - “Hello David, our product has a 14 return policy, but we noticed you purchased 3 bottles and I’m sure you won’t be able to use them in 14 days and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We believe in our product and want you to give it a honest try. We will extend your return policy for 60 or 90 days. Hopefully you will see results and continue purchasing Vitality envy in the future and have continued success. If you are not completely satisfied after that time period we will the give you a 50% or 100% credit on your credit card” Just imagine how I would of reacted to that reply? It would cost you nothing to extend the return policy to 60 or 90 days if your product really works on the majority of the people. I always teach and mentor people by saying this -put yourself in the consumer place? How would you react? How do you want to be treated? Etc you get the point.

Vitality extracts I really need my money back, I didn't get my order your service is poor and I have to work hard for my money stop ripping people off I just need my money back please

I spent $70+ on my order. The bracelets and rings were sooooo cute!! But my fingers turned green within the first hour I had them on!!! I bought 2 different ones. The bracelets didn't cause that yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do, or break soon. Very cheap stuff. Not worth the prices. Ill paint my rings with clear nail polish and hope for the best. Don't want to trash them and waste my money any more then I did.

I have ordered from this company twice. First order was fine. Ordered again April 4. I ordered 4 oils. I received only 1 oil. I tried to call. Cannot get a hold of a real person. No customer service at all! Emailed them. Received an email stating that they did leave out the 3 oils and they would be sending it to me. Still one month later! No oils; no refund nothing. I read the other reviews and it sounds like this company is literally taking people's money and not sending merchandise. How does a company get away with this? I've asked for a refund if I'm not going to get my merchandise and now the person will not email me back.

Ich hatte erst angst als ich die schlechten Bewertungen gesehen habe, aber bei mir kam alles (ein armband mit inner peace öl) innerhalb einer Woche an. Das Armband gefällt mir mega gut und das öl riecht echt angenehm. Kann mich über nichts beschweren

Quality is terrible to save a couple of dollars I will not use again. Customer service is non existent or impossible to reach. Going back to young living where quality and service are 10 stars. For a couple of Canadian dollars extra my oils are a bargain. Besides I get 25 percent in free product and a free oil each month for ordering regularly. Works out cheaper in long run. I also don’t need a bunch of stress oils for the stress vitality causes me. Never Again
