For the most part, I like their products. The oil and balm combination help with pain. I just got another order and, as has been in the past, the bottle cap isn't tight, so the oil leaks all over the container. This one happened to be a roll-on but I have had it happen on bottles of oils as well. Also, I've had bottles where the caps don't screw on tight and kept turning and turning, and droppers broken in the order.I think they could do better on quality control. Despite my contacting the company, they said sorry but offered no replacements.

What I've noticed is on their website no reviews under 5 stars exist which is EXTREMELY fishy and I know they delete them if they are lower then 5 and that's sketchy. Also only offer free shipping if your order is $80 or $100! Otherwise it's 9.99 even if you get a 1oz item or even 10ml item! I had terrible luck with their bracelets and ordered one and no lie Everytime they sent a replacement or came broken! The 5th one I said forget it just refund me and they refunded me $2 yet I paid $11!! Also the car atomizer blew up and broke my ac/DC cigarette lighter!! I sent them a picture and they responded with "you should take to a mechanic to get pieces out so you don't get electrocuted!!! They sent a replacement and after 1 day it leaked,I crazy glued it and it stopped working. Another $12+$9 shipping down the drain! Of course you're not going to find any of these reviews on their site which is very dishonest.

Why is it that every time I place an order which is usually over $100 to get the free shipping perk, I then get several emails/texts telling me of a HUGE BOGO sale that wasn’t available an hour ago when I placed my order??? 🤬

I made the purchase, and boy did the oils work! I liked what they did for my bruising, and pain. I have arthritis and a lot of pain in my back. I started using them, and they really worked great. I was paying a great deal of money for their product, and was willing, but it was getting a bit too expensive, so I decided to see, who else sells the oils. I found two of the products in 4oz bottles for as little as $12. I did have to purchase a bottle of another oil to mix with them. Very easy to mix, and so much less expensive. I was afraid they would not work very well, so I gave them a chance. I can not tell any difference!

My first time using essential oils. So far I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions to Vitality products. I am still testing them out. That being said my step mother is extremely pleased with the Frankenscense balm helping reduce sciatica in her lower back. As a result, she’s finally able to get a good nights sleep. I wish the company would tone down the ads on Facebook.

It took a bit long but my wife finally was able to resolve the issue we had.
