I see some people have had bad experiences but mine was awesome. I had wanted the Opalhouse Moroccan Wedding Quilt but wasn't wanting to spend the $80 to get it (king). I randomly checked online and saw that it was available here brand new for only $23!! I couldn't believe it and even went to check and see if this was a legit site. I decided $23 is not the end of the world if it doesn't work out. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my order within 3-4 days and on top of that, it was still wrapped in plastic and perfect condition- brand new! Super happy and have been telling others that if they are willing to take a chance, they should check out VIP Outlet. Will definitely be checking this out again if there is something I need that I don't want to shell out the high price for. Five star for my experience.

Ordered a dresser from them. Site describes items as overstock or refurbished. My dresser arrived quickly & in perfect condition. My dad built my dresser & said what ever (if any) touch ups were made it was done perfectly! Dresser was selling for $300 on other sites & I ordered mine for a $189. Couldn’t be happier! Quick delivery too.

I received a Samsung Galaxy S10 in very good condition and at a good price but the IMEI number was on a Verizon block list so I couldn't use it. After submitting this as a 1-star review, VIP Outlet got back to me. They 1) apologized for the problems with my order, 2) promised to look into the root cause of the problem - why a phone that could not be used was sent to me, 3) provided a discount on my account for future orders and 4) promised to work with the person I had a chat with at VIP Outlet to make the chat experience better. Note - I had already sent the phone back for a refund - that was processed. I don't think I could ask for a better response. I bumped up my rating from a 1-star to a 4-star.

I ordered a Boost mobile phone from them. The phone is used/refurbished & was in good condition for the money..However I couldn't get it on because they said it was still on in someone else's name.. I contacted VIP & they gave me a label to ship it back for free..They sent me another phone & I still had the same issue.. I just wanted a refund at that point.. Recieved my refund in 3 days.. I think they handled the situation well even though I didn't get to use the phone. I just went to the store & bought one..Not sure about ordering another phone from them. I don't think they're a bad company though.

I ordered a 43 inch tv on October 28th 2019 and it was supposed to arrive on November 1st. When the 1st came I received no delivery. I contacted them and was told me tv got lost during shipment. How tf is that even possible?? I just want my money back and I’m never ordering nor recommending this place to anybody.

I ordered Lego Brickheadz. my Item was derived with Signature Confirmation despite I paid Lower than market price. also the item was shipped with many bubble wrappers so I could received my item with best condition for a gift. I liked their polite work. include their Free shipping service ,I had 100% satisfy shopping experience with this store.
