Since this is the first time ordering anything from this web site, I reserve judgement. The order process was well laid out and easy to use. Upon reading the reviews, I see a lot of dissatisfied customers. Mostly with inoperable products and trying to get refunds. I also see some very good reviews. I will need to wait on my order's arrival to see if it was worth it, or not. I will add a better review if all goes as this company says. I frequently do reviews through Google, so I have a track record of them.

Be careful as this seller has hidden charges during check out. They charge extra to have the order shipped USPS and they have an automatic default insurance charge that is there in case your order is lost. In other words, protect it because they are very unreliable. They also ship very slowly. I have placed 61 orders for various laptops. I have receipts for every purchase to verify. Three laptops never arrived "Nothing they can do about it". Use this site only if you have no other choice.

I purchased a refurbished laptop. Being my first time using the site, I utilized a promo code to receive 10% off my first order - which came out to $57 off. The code was applied and I saw the discounted price when I hit the "Purchase" button. A few minutes later, I received an e-mail receipt showing the full price for the item. I pull up my credit card statement and sure enough, they charged me the full amount. I immediately contacted customer service about the issue. The representative claimed that their computers were being slow but that she was going to escalate the issue and that someone would be in contact with me. I didn't hear from anyone and my item shipped out the next day (thus negating my ability to cancel the order). So I e-mailed the customer service address, explained the situation, and asked if I could be refunded the difference. I received no response. Finally, after blasting them on this site and another similar retail review site, I was contacted by customer service who promptly refunded me the $57 like I originally requested. So I'm updating my review to reflect 3 stars. I genuinely feel that, had I not called them out on what I saw as a deceptive practice, it would not have been resolved. But they did eventually honor the promotion, and the laptop itself arrived on time and in excellent condition. So I guess you could say that I'm a satisfied customer.

I ordered a phone around the 3rd week of February and had some issues with it being delivered. They resolved this issue and have said I am being issued a refund. We will see.

I have not bought anything from you but I found 2 tablets on wish you sell onn is missing the keyboard and the RCA Voyager is junk I had one and alot of other people had same problem they quit working after 2 months so not sure I will order your products

I bought an item off ebay on 2 different occasions, both times missing a part. always offered refund but I do not have time to return to ups when they are not easy for me to get to with the hours I work. the last time was a Dewalt sander missing the pad. I had to pay 18.00 to get replacement, making their deal cost me more than new. my problem is they don't check out what their selling as it is refurbished After posting this I was contacted and refunded part I had purchased.

I’ll give them average. I ordered a computer and a tv my tv was great and came on time HOWEVER my computer was still under the previous owner so I can’t do anything it’s useless. The agent was rude and would not listen. She told me to go find someone who could fix it or send it back. So you want me to go pay for an issue I did not create. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me there was no one else I could talk to. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I ordered a Boost mobile phone from them. The phone is used/refurbished & was in good condition for the money..However I couldn't get it on because they said it was still on in someone else's name.. I contacted VIP & they gave me a label to ship it back for free..They sent me another phone & I still had the same issue.. I just wanted a refund at that point.. Recieved my refund in 3 days.. I think they handled the situation well even though I didn't get to use the phone. I just went to the store & bought one..Not sure about ordering another phone from them. I don't think they're a bad company though.
