I've ordered a lot of video games from them through Wal-Mart and got an amazing product. I'm just kinda worried a little because my friend ordered me a sound bar and subwoofer and when I track it the item keeps saying it's in transit but it won't tell me where it's in transit at. I just really need it because I'm almost deaf and can't really hear my tv unless I turn the volume all the way up but I can't do that because I live in a nursing home and I have other residents beside me you think. Please help me find my soundbar and subwoofer I have the tracking number if needed. And thanks again for all the wonderful products I have received in the past. My grandson and I sat down and had a birthday shopping trip via the internet. We stumbled on VIPOutlet - found what he wanted easily and purchased it. It came within days - perfectly packaged - and he's been having a blast with his drone! We're both very pleased with VIPOutlet!

Ordered a Samsung soundbar. was shipped in a damaged used box with no packing material. Unit was scratched and damaged. I doubt this was Samsung certified as there was NO 90 day factory warranty. After several calls they sent a prepaid RMA & shipper & refunded my money. Do not buy refurbished items that say "seller refurbished", all they do is repackage and ship the item. My overall experience was good they had great customer service when I had received a faulty item and made it right for me!

They sent an item classified as GRADE A but when it came, it was clear that the item had been worn down greatly with noticeable scratches. The item did not even seem to be genuine, a ripoff of the Beats Studio 3

I’ll give them average. I ordered a computer and a tv my tv was great and came on time HOWEVER my computer was still under the previous owner so I can’t do anything it’s useless. The agent was rude and would not listen. She told me to go find someone who could fix it or send it back. So you want me to go pay for an issue I did not create. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me there was no one else I could talk to. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
