Excellent seller. In spite of few negative comments, I took a leap of faith on a particular product, which was costing almost $100 for brand new. The customer service was top notch. They responded to all my queries in a timely manner. The product was Grade A open box item, and came with 90 days seller warranty and most importantly had a year of manufacturer warranty still left. I am happy with my decision and recommend VIP Outlet to other buyers.

I ordered a brand new star wars prequel trilogy on bluray and dvd combo. It was significantly less than i could find anywhere elseand arrived at my doorstep 4 days later! Super fast and excellent service! Will order from them again.

I ordered a "brand new" 2017 ipad from them recently. When I received it, it had someone elses information in it! Had their calendar, their phone list, their pictures- everything!! It wasn't worth the time/effort to try to return it so I just reset it. Now I have a USED 2017 ipad for about the same price I would have paid anywhere else... or maybe a little more. So I'd be careful buying AND selling anything to this company... 12/06/2019 Update: Someone from VIP outlet did reach out to me & offer a discount, but that in no way made up for the fact that they are selling used product as new. If they HAD reset this ipad before I got it, I would not have known it was used. And if I had been a different sort of person, I could have caused a lot of harm to the person who had their information on the ipad. I still would NOT recommend. And if you do sell anything to them, be sure to reset it yourself first.

order a sound bar - it was shipped in a box FAR too small and with no packaging and was completely destroyed in shipping. it takes DAYS for anyone to do anything, and they fail to understand basic english (or they are simply choosing to ignore my questions) avoid them at all costs. whatever savings you get are not worth the hassle you are going to have to get a refund

I found an affordable refurbished chromebook, it guaranteed me it works great as well as money back guarantees for any reason. The order was quick and successful and the delivery was quick in sending me a tracking number.

So far I've ordered various electronics from VIP -- namely for myself, but also for relatives too. This site has been a tremendous aid in helping me save for the holidays. I like VIP for a few reasons. First, pricing is competitive relative to other vendors. Aside from that I can't overlook customer service. Their reps allay my worries -- and in a short time frame, no less. This alone means a lot, because I can think of a few companies that offer poor assistance... In any event, product descriptions have shown accuracy. I haven't returned anything, since the need hasn't presented itself.
