I made my first purchase through VIP Outlet last week. I found a great deal on an Adora doll which will be one of my daughter’s Christmas gift. I got it for 50% of what every retailer is selling it for. Brand new but damaged box, I don’t need the box anyways because I will be putting the doll in a baby stroller on Christmas morning. So it worked out great for me. Shipping was free and very quick. I am a happy customer and I will be visiting their website for more.

I found the website will searching for a Fitbit inspire hr and they had the best price. They had a great description of the Fitbit along with a great price with free shipping and return free shipping so I decided to purchase it. They had fast delivery. I would highly recommend VIP OUTLET to anyone.

This is my first order with VIP outlet. I had to prove it was me with extra information, which made me a bit nervous, but after that the order was delivered quickly. Unboxed and set up, looks like new. Have yet to start using it.

Thank you for responding to my review. The order number was 22007724 and the ordered date was March 4, 2019. People! PLEASE be careful when you purchase electronics item or should I say don’t buy electronics products from VIPoutlet. You rather spend $100 more but you’ll know for sure it will last you at least 4-5 years. The computer I bought from VIPoutlet only lasted me 6 months. I have got a refurbished HP 22” pavilion all in one touch screen from VIPoutlet back in March4,2019. I use it only for POS software at my shop. At first the computer was really slow after I installed the software and now 6 months later the screen blacked out. I called VIPoutlet and the lady was half as sleep and yawning at the same time answering the phone. The response from her was: “your warranty has expired and we don’t do repairs here at VIPoutlet so you have to contact HP”.

I ordered a $235 weight set, however only half of it came in the mail. I called them to let me know and they told me they would refund half the price. Never did offer a full refund. I had to ask multiple times for a full refund since I have no use for only one weight. It would be cheaper to order the set from another site. They finally agreed, and I shipped out the one I received. They told me once their warehouse receives it, I'll receive a refund within 3-10 business days. UPDATE After writing this review, my full refund was refunded to me. I only add one star, however, because I had to fight for it. It should NEVER be that difficult to get a refund after they were the ones that messed up. I am happy I finally got my refund, but would never trust ordering from this site again. I tracked the order and it was delivered on Oct. 1. I have been in contact with VIP Outlet many times since then, through phone and email. I was told many times that they could see that the package was delivered and my refund was issued. I never saw my refund. I called again (it's been 11 business days now) and was told my refund was never issued because they're still trying to get a hold of the warehouse to see if the package was received. They've been saying this for 11 days now! I have the tracking information. They themselves have said multiple times they see on the computer it has been received, however I have yet to get my refund because they "are still checking to see if it was received." I took a gamble ordering through this site because of the bad reviews, but went ahead with this route in order to save some money. I wholeheartedly regret this decision as I'm still out $235. I will never order from VIP Outlet again and I urge everybody else to do the same. I was going to leave a 4 star review afterwards as well- taking one star off for the trouble but keeping 4 for the refund. However, it seems like this site is a SCAM site and they do not plan on refunding. I will keep calling and fighting this, will update if I get my refund.

Bought a Harmony remote. It was listed as open box and showed up brand new. It arrived in 2 days. It was my first purchase, it won't be my last.
