Appreciate the variety of prices
Very interesting they have new, used and refurbished. That's cool! Website was easy to navigate. Now we'll just see if it arrives when promised and in working order.

The old website was much more easier to use. This new site is not allowing me to log in to my account that I had for years so I can't check on past orders or do anything. The new site STINKS.HATE IT.

Even though it was an open box
Even though it was an open box, The mixer was fine and just the right size. I'm not a big baker but this little mixer saves me time and does a better job than I could do by hand. It comes with a nice metal bowl(wish it was glass), a dough hook, whisk and a mixing hook. all in all a very nice little unit.

Reasonable price and fast shipping
I bought an Android TV player and it was brand new. I paid half the retail price and very happy with VIP Outlet's service. However, Their items are often out of stock. I would recommend them adding more items to the platform. I thank them for providing products at a reasonable price.

Awful Situation, but Great Customer Service!
The Pop Funko set I ordered was sent to me without any delivery box. It was sent as is. Anyone could have easily seen what it was and stole it. I hope the issues get fixed at their wearhouse. They don't deserve that and neither do their customers. However, I will say that their Customer Service Team was competent and took my situation seriously. I told them what happened and sent photos. They sent a bit of a refund to me. Which is pretty amazing. So yeah the order was a mess, but at least they cared to apologize and make it right.
