The Via Benefits website is pretty easy to use, everyone I've ever talked to or chatted with has been fantastic. Everyone is always respectful and very informative and attentive. Top notch customer service for sure.

This company is just doing what it is told to do. Chatting with Abbie was fun and she was patiently explainig the system that VIA is following.

I had a complicated situation with reimbursements and the person at VIA Benefits took the time to research the situation and create a case for me to get my reimbursements released. I appreciated the help.

I've been with via benefits since 1998 for my flex spending. Every year there's an issue with every reimbursement I do. Every year, it takes them months to get your transaction done. In Dec, I was notified that my Aetna plan was changing, in order to keep the flex spending, I have to do my insurance through via benefits. They put me in another defunct plan & I lost coverage for a month, which Medicade took over for the month, however my flex spending plan was prorated due to that month & now I lost that money for the year. I've called over 6 times since January & now in August I'm being told, naturally, there's nothing they can do & this year I lose that money, every person I spoke to told me this was gonna be handled. Well they handled it like everything else by not handling it.

It takes quite a while for the chat person to get on line with you. The answers are slow to come. In the middle of her answers pops up a question saying they are going to hang up because you have not been on chat for a while. That is because the chat person is answering and it is not my place to interrupt her to say I am still here??? Very bad software. They do not know what is going on with the conversation.

Very helpful, esp the chat using the live agent. Answered my question completely and quickly.
