I just got off a chat with Evelyn and she went above and beyond to calm my misunderstanding. She explained everything for me and answered all the questions she could that did not involve a Benefit Advisor. I will call the office to get my further questions answered that she said she was not qualified to answer. Thank you so much, Evelyn, and ViaBenefits!
