For years I have had other carriers because Verizons unlimited plan was just a little too heavy on my pockets. Luckily I went to the right store at the perfect time. I went to Verizon's Ontario Mills location and King literally treated us like family! I love being able to trust people in their work place! This was the first time seeing someone take their time out to really walk me through selecting a phone that wasn't the "new iPhone". His great customer service has assured Verizon a new loyal customer!

Some people seems unhappy with everything I do know a lot of them are really happy with that ISP and phone provider. They are here for decades you are really need to make up your mind anyway. See my point ? I want to make it happen here.

When an issue arises Verizon are terrible at dealing with it. My internet stopped working for no reason (no storm, no broken wires, no power outage, no damage to equipment) and they can't send anyone to fix it for 4 days. They also don't automatically refund the month since they're failing to provide the service. I'll have to chase their billing Dept. I've had other providers fix the issue the next day, and refund the entire month. Very poor customer service. I'd avoid them if you can.

Verizon staff and especially their phone solicitors are a bunch of liars and scammers. After being with Verizon over a decade and being lied to and scammed over and over they finally broke the straw that broke the camels back so to speak! Verizon refused to take back the device they lied to me about saying I had used it adding several gigs of data on it when I never used it! I had a mobile internet hot card that didn’t work very well at my home. They told me that I could suspend that service to avoid having a bill for the mobile card and just get charged for their desktop modem. But they didn’t tell me that when you suspend your service that time is added back on to the original expiration date! So at some point I would of had a double bill that I told Verizon I didn’t want to pay for 2 services up front before I agreed to get their desktop modem! They refused to make it right, so I flat stopped paying them and switched to Sprint. Sadly Sprint not any better though, they also lie and scam their customers too! So guess I’ll try a prepaid phone next?

I called to verify how deep the lines are suppose to be dug into the ground and have received several answers. The 1st call to Verizon stated 1.5ft to 2ft deep. I then received after I had issues with gardening very shallow 5inches, that its only a few inches deep. Every where I look about line depth should be feet deep not inches. 5-6 inches for residential isn't deep enough for gardening etc. Please have the Maryland employees put the wires the proper depth. Bill from Syracuse NY Escalation team department stated 3-6inches is Verizon regulation. Now I have 3 different answers.

For the most part, Verizon has been a good cell phone service. There have been a few representatives over the years who should not work there, and then there are those like “Renee.” I spoke with her on July 19, 2019 and while she was trying to locate how to fix my problem, she found a better plan that saved me $30 each month. Verizon should REWARD RENEE! With that being said, WHY CAN’T VERIZON REWARD LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS??? I’ve been with Verizon since 1998. You would think that a company who has lots of competition with other companies who can be less expensive, would provide some type of financial benefits for those of us who have shown loyalty for 20+ years.
