I've been a Verizon customer since 2005. It all started like a fair deal. 4 phones for a flat rate. Now they charge a access fee and a plan fee. WTH? So since I added 4 more lines that means it goes from $40 a phone per month to $80 a phone. I think im going to check into a business plan. Total crap. Service sucks now and they do nothing to fix it. Plus to talk to a human they charge you $7. How is this right or customer service?

ROLL-OVER DATA: Verizon does roll over unused but has an expiration date if it is not used by the next billing cycle. ADDITIONAL 2GB OF DATA: Verizon will give you an additional of 2GB of data every month for a whole year. However if it is not used each month they will take it away. These are your data, so if you choose not to use it, they should not take them away, especially in this pandemic time.

I wanted to send a shout out to Aladdin at the Verizon store at Arrowhead Town Center.. He helped me transfer my old phone to the new phone.. This is my work phone.. I went to the same store the day before and some guy I do not remember his name was a jerk.. he told me I would have to download all my own work apps I am not computer savvy so I was not happy so this guy proceeded to download my personal phone on my work phone..Not a good thing at all. - as this was not working well for me.. I went the next day and Aladdin helped me transfer all my work information to the work phone.. Thanks so much Aladdin.. I hope your coworker learns to be much better in customer service.

FIOS WAS GREAT! BUT, Customer service (some outright liars) did me wrong bigtime and I cancelled; thats after being a customer for over 30 years. In short, my entire home was lost to a fire in April 2018. We were relocated for just over a year and even had verizon fios at our rental. Well, even with no equipment, the outside main box or the house wired for cable yet, they insisted on starting up my service for several months prior to my home receiving its C/O. I complied with every request/email they sent me regarding the progress of the build still to no avail. I can prove it too. They just didnt want to hear it and literally stole away a $300 credit I had on my bill while waiting to return home. Once I camcelled my account, they made me transport toxic, fire damaged, and asbestos laiden boxes back to the verizon store or pay $1200 for them. DISGUSTING! PS This was presumable because I used one of my digital adapters cleaned up for my daughter home from college during Christmas. Anyway, they treated me like an animal. After losing my home of over 20 years and all its belongings, I call them HEARTLESS! VERY LET DOWN BY THIS COMPANY. Beware!!!!!

The live chat feature is a joke, the employees have no clue what they are talking about, and the set up is not navigable in the slightest.

Notified Verizon by phone and certified mail to cancel home service and they are still billing me. This seems to be illegal and fraudulent. If I could give Verizon zero stars I would.

Their service/products are over priced and incomprehensible. Trying to get actual relevant information from customer service is impossible. One time they actually made me cry, I was so frustrated. Oh and monthly billing is always a surprise and never a good one. Don't get me started on their website. It's hell on earth. Round and round and round you go.
