Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst, most inhuman, customer service of any company. Do the executives in this company ever try out their customer service, themselves. A thoroughly dehumanizing experience.

I would rate it a zero if I could. The customer service is subpar and they offer you things but dont come through. I have been with the company 2 weeks and just as unhappy as I was with xfinity and Directtv.

Worst Customer Service. As a disabled Veteran I had hoped they would have some empathy or professionalism but they had neither. High charges, late fees on all devices. The Medford Assistant threw papers at me in a childish fit. So glad I left and went to T-MOBILE.

Verizon business shut off one of my phones. They can’t help online or on phone. They keep transferring to non business who doesn’t help.

Let me just just start off by saying this; if you plan on switching to Verizon, I would highly suggest not doing it! I have been with ATT for almost 20 years and for sone reason I thought , hey let's try out Verizon, this seems pretty awesome that they were gonna let me get my device and walk out phone in hand service ready. Well that is not the case. I spent a good 30 minutes online looking for a phone that I felt was what would serve me best, i found it and went through a whole process that for some reason took almost another 2 hour with their website. Everytime I entered the required information I got a different result, same information but different costs. Finally I decide to order for instore pickup, zero down phone in hand and pay on the next bill, cool, I thought. So I go to the store and they tell me they dont have the phone I ordered, they only have a 256GB not the 512GB. I said thats fine, I would still take it. We'll the manager says we cant help you you need to cancel your order amd place a new one....im like, NO, it just topk me over 2 hours to do that, ill wait til you have the phone and ill come and get it then. 4 days later they say, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR FAILURE TO PICK UP!!! WHAT?!?!?! Funny thing is I called verizon the day of the day of the order and said I would take the 256GB its fine. The rep on the phone said he couldn't help me, I dont have an account with them. Told me to cancel my old order , make a new kne amd see what happens...see what happens huh? Aint that something, so I said I would wait for the store to receive one and Id get it then. So I called them AGAIN, to ask why my order got canceled. We'll apparently it was a tech failure on there end , sorry but you can drive 3o mile ir so to the Prescott store on the 16th and they can maybe help me..... maybe. Told them the whole point was that they said it was in town and available. They confirmed the order multiple times, then decided that they cant do anything to fix their mistake. So after wasting almost 4 hours total on the phone from start to finish for trying to use their service. Then they tried to force me to travel well out of my way/. They didnt make any comparable offer or offer to fix which is unthinkable and ludicrous! I strongly and most honestly can say this has been the worst customer service I have ever received, DO NOT USE VERIZOn̈nN, find a better provider some somewhere, sudt

Terrible experience with Verizon, was told repeatedly there would be no charge if I decided Verizon wasn’t working for me. I asked many times to make sure there was no contract. Verizon didn’t work out for me so after about 2 months or so I cancelled, then hit with a $1350 bill for “breaking the contract” then the bill increased to $1500 over the period of time I was trying to get it straightened out, finally I just negotiated $1000 to be done with them! Beware, if doing business with them, they will promise one thing then do another! Total rip off! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not even want to give 1 star but there is no zero or negative options!

I've been with Verizon over 25 years. Every year you have to call to retain your Customer Loyalty Discounts. After you finally work your through all the automated prompts get to a live person, then transferred to a Supervisor to get your discount re-applied I wasted over another hour of my life & time. What a bunch of B.S. I'm sick and tired of it and hope management sees this. Customer Loyalty means nothing when a company treats you like crap every year and puts you through the run around AGAIN!!!!! DISGUSTED WITH VERIZON WIRELESS

I am extremely disappointed with Verizon Wireless’s lack of account security enforcement and poor customer care handling. An unauthorized party—assisted in-person by a representative from a competing carrier—gained access to my account settings inside the My Verizon portal without my consent as the primary account owner. They generated an account-level Number Transfer PIN and ported out lines. Photographic evidence captured during the event clearly shows the competitor representative operating inside my account portal. When I raised this security failure with Verizon Executive Relations, they refused to audit the unauthorized access or acknowledge the control failure. Furthermore, despite processing $1,099.89 in payments on my account in June 2026, Verizon accelerated over $3,000 in premature retail device fees and threatened negative credit bureau reporting rather than investigating the breach. Verizon’s only answer has been to demand a police report for an issue caused by their own platform's authentication and access control failures. Formal complaints have been escalated to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the major credit bureaus under the FCRA, and local law enforcement. Prospective customers should be aware of Verizon's inability to protect account settings and their refusal to resolve internal security breaches.
