Just had a horrifically stressful time because of this app. It wouldn't recognise Zurich as the starting point for a return flight to Dublin. Aer Lingus staff refused to check me in unless I could sort it, even though I'd already been trying for 2 days. I couldn't, and I had to go to help desk and pay CHF30 for a passenger locator form to get home. I honestly thought I'd miss my flight.

Absolutely awful. Took ages to upload data for my flight from uk to us. Now I am returning to the uk it does not recognise my flight data, and even though I have already uploaded photos of myself and my partner plus all covid docs these appear to have been lost and it will not allow me to even confirm my flight. Complete waste of time and energy and didn’t save any time when we originally left the uk.

I downloaded App for outward journey. Took a while but OK. Return trip an absolute nightmare. Took 3 hours. Eventually I uninstall the App in order to try and check in online for return trip. When I tried to enter Lisbon as return it would default to Dublin. I tried the search facility it had nothing for Portugal. Only when I unistalled and then reinstalled App could I do return journey. A waste of a lot of time. Not user friendly.

How can Aer Lingus ask you to use this time wasting inefficient app? Took time creating an account and to fill in details for Dublin Paris flight, and it was impossible to simply fill in again for return, it would not let me put Paris as departure airport. I deleted and reinstalled app, took 45 min to redo the whole process, got validation from VeriFLY but Aer Lingus app would not let me check in online because it said my documents were not verified !!! Ended up scrapping the whole thing and checking in at the airport . FRUSTRATING

ZERO STARS! Cannot use App for BA check in for flight from Athens Intl to Heathrow and Heathrow to Miami Intl. Athens Intl not even a selection! A total nightmare! No IT help from BA or App. A total waste of several hours better spent getting to airport hours before normal in order to check in. HORRIBLE!

This app doesn't work. Aer Lingus require you to download the app and upload your information to this third party company in order for you to check-in to an Aer Lingus flight online. The app doesn't recognize Birmingham airport. It also doesn't recognize my date of birth, or my county. This is very frustrating, needlessly cumbersome and strange that Aer Lingus need to outsource the handling of passenger information - are their own IT systems not secure enough? Booking with Ryanair is considerably easier and much faster.

This app. is only recognising American Airlines and some other airlines beginning with the letter A . If you are traveling with anyone else , forget it . I have tried for 2 days to to upload my BA flight . Their Help line useless . Absolute rubbish .
