Junk, can't load any of my details.Tried on several occasions to work with this app but it does nothing, loads nothing just a time waster

Stupid app - just wasted an hour setting up for a family trip. No warning from Aer Lingus that it was necessary to check-in.

VeriFLY. Just delete the app. You don’t have to use it. Just go to the check in desk with your passport and then they will check you in. You’ve paid for a ticket so they have to let you on the plane. They usually ask for paper copies anyway. The world has gone mad. Particularly air travel. We are going backwards.

Just kill me ok. What a terrible, horrible app and it states that it's EASY! No way. I did all it asks but yet it couldn't scan the bar code for my International Covid vaccine or my husbands, so I had to manually upload each vaccine, time, date and year. I did all of that, which took up alot of time. I got the email from them saying everything was cleared, oh but wait, I didn't get the "green tick" or whatever you're supposed to get and it still asks me to fill in information. You people should just go to jail.

Actually I'd give it a zero if I could. Doesn't recognize my digital certificates, made me separately upload my travel companions information instead of just auto-populating it from the app. And so on. The worst.

Verifly is a useless piece of rubbish. Another trip to the US to visit my daughter and another battle with Verifly. It now won't accept my vaccination certificate. And I've just had my fourth shot - a booster - with the three previous shots being in 2021. Online Aer Lingus insist on completing Verifly but when you get to the airport the check in staff demand to see copies of the documents already uploaded on to Verifly. A bizarre and frustrating waste of time.

I looked to load this app but it seems not to be available for PC - how useless is that. 93% bad rating - I am not surprised.

This is unacceptable, I LOVE the American Airlines app. It keeps me updated on my flights. Now I’m going to the Bahamas in November and apparently we’re all FORCED to utilize this frustrating VeriFLY app if your traveling outside the US. Why can’t we just upload these COVID documents through the damn AA app? I even think I had to PAY for this in the App Store 🥴. Shame on you American Airlines
