What a total waste of time. Absolutely rubbish app. Went through whole process (with difficulty) got a message back saying test results had been checked so click here. Clacked and had message saying "I think you might have got here by mistake" and advising me to download the verifly app?? How on earth could i have taken the selfie via the app and submitted a test without having down loaded the app??

Although all requirements show complete still can't check in with American Airlines online. Haven't updated Belize requirements which no longer requires a COVID test as of yesterday so have to spend $75 at airport for a test.

If I could it would have givern it no stars sent of our test results recieved the email confirming OK my wife's app updated mine didn't, she could check I couldn't..... BAD reflection on BA no support numbers tried sending support requests no replies. Will have take our chances at the airport on seat selection...

Awful. Trying to check in online at 0100 in the morning. VeryFLY tells me we are Ready to Travel, yet only one of us can check in. A complete an utter waste of time and energy which will lose airlines customers.

People that rate this 1 star probably forgot we are in pandemic time and many documents are nedeed to upload, i am more than certain they have 2 neurons that fight each other for supremacy. Don’t forget that americans use this app. And we all know the level on inteligence they poses
