THE MOST USELESS APP I EVER USED! IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK

Why does BA send me multiple emails daily about this terrible App? It is completely unintuitive and impossible to find customer service for help. My cleared trip to LHR was not recognized when I checked in - what is the point of the app then? Verifly also rejected my PCR test (needed for an onward leg) without explanation. I have all my paperwork and i assume that BA agents will accept anyway. Waste of time.

Tried to use, site doesn’t respond, keeps getting stuck. Very stressful and time consuming. BA forces you to use this, and a good reason to use another airline. Another example of BA poor customer care

Completely useless app, worked ok initially on ba from Lhr to las, but when trying to check in on return leg was told to add documents to VeriFLY , tried to add return trip from las to Lhr the only options for departing airport from the drop down box are Lhr or gatwick, I am in the USA for Christ sake trying to fly back to the uk unable to check in a complete waste of time

11:13 pm and I've submitted my covid test result 3 times. First two they said the time of test didn't match (it did) third time my date of birth wasn't registering (it was on there) I spent all evening fretting about this app and am looking forward to a real person at the airport !

Just impossible to use. I have deleted and downloaded again several times but it still does not show my airline or departure airport so can't download documents and will have to queue at the airport.

Used this app in December last year and it worked quite well if somewhat cumbersome to use. However I have tried to use it again today and found out why there are so many bad reviews. The app accepted all my vaccination info by scanning the QR code, but my fit to fly certificate details had to be input manually. OK till I got time of test. The screen shows a digital clock face which you can select the correct time from but the screen goes dark and locks. No amount of attempts trying different things worked. So I will be queing up to have docs checked at the airport. What a waste of time. Thanks for the recommendation BA !! So much for easing my passage through the terminal. Will not both to use the app again

This could not be a more confusing app for travelers. You need to create a trip and name it, which if you are a first time user is confusing because only examples of other trips appear which have little to do with yours. Also, you can't complete this except with a day or two of your departure and if you are using code share airlines you will constantly be guessing which airline to input and flight numbers are not recognized more often than not. I miss the simplicity of other airlines and will avoid AA or BA the next time I travel over the pond. Difficult architecture, and I have traveled to over 70 countries, can't imagine how dizzying this is for up and coming travelers. Please fix this app!
