Very difficult to use.

Okay so I read the awful reviews and as an anxious traveller thought it would all go horribly wrong. Out first post pandemic journey to see family in the USA and stakes were high. The set up was easy and our uk covid passes easily uploaded through the qr codes. Not so easy was the airport testing. Qr codes not recognised but go to the manual input and upload of fit to fly screenshots and within 10 minutes results were verified. On to the British Airways app for online check in and job done. Seamless transit thorough Terminal 5 .Heathrow .

This app works superbly well and the user interface is simple and clear. All the docs loaded on my iPad by photo very easily. We were worried by all the negative reviews but in the event we sailed through bag drop, security, US customs and all, only having to show our passports and boarding cards. A bit of time and organisation the day before travel makes the journey easier.

Awful. On trying to enter my trip details, it would not allow me to enter my airline, offering just two airlines in the drop down menu (American Air Lines and Air Lingus).

People that rate this 1 star probably forgot we are in pandemic time and many documents are nedeed to upload, i am more than certain they have 2 neurons that fight each other for supremacy. Don’t forget that americans use this app. And we all know the level on inteligence they poses

I am amazed to find all the bad reviews. I didn't know anything about VeriFly until being presented with when trying to check in for our BA flight to Costa Rica. Everything worked smoothly both outbound and inbound. It was easy to use and efficient. Maybe we have been lucky, but it's an easy decision to give it 5 out of 5.

Verifly is rubbish. Very clunky. Having finally registered a trip to Switzerland with a companion you would think it would retain all that information for the return trip to UK. Not a bit of it you start again from scratch and it is hard to find where to start. BA should stop using it.

Used this app recently for flights to US. Was apprehensive at first as not particularly great with IT but found it easy to use and despite all the negative reviews everything uploaded without any issues. Made the process at the airport much quicker and easier- just showed them the the app with the appropriate ✅ and on our way. Will definitely use again.
