This app does not even deserve one star! It was a nightmare! It took ages to set up the account and I couldn't scan my QR code so couldn't use it to travel yesterday. I have today tried to load a new trip and it defaults to Manchester Airport (I am going abroad) and a date in February. I have reloaded without success. The 'help' on the app is absolutely no help and I should have read the reviews. As a frequent traveller, this is no help whatsoever and I am deleting the app.

It is a terribly badly designed app. If you manage to upload all your info it doesn't send it to BA and as a result you cannot check in online. It is a total disaster. Of all the times I have had to use it, it only worked once! It is incomprehensible that a company such as BA uses this 7th division application.

JUST IGNORE IT! This app is obsolete. BA advised me to use it before my flight to Zurich from Heathrow in order to be able to check in online. I have decided not to use it because I would not trust the third party handling my personal data. The day before the flight I was able to check-in and get a boarding pass without a problem and this unnecessary app. JUST IGNORE IT!

Absolute rubbish!! They have not got a clue!!! Don’t bother with this absolutely rubbish app!!!!

This app is a complete waste of time. You cannot register unless you are travelling from the US with American Airlines or Aer Lingus. No European destinations are included, so checking in 24hrs before is impossible. British Airways are losing customers because they insist on using this app. Looking forward to waiting 3hrs in a queue to check in again. I would advise everyone to boycott BA whilst they use this app.

The app has given me a ready to fly pass. BA check-in says I have not uploaded my travel docs, which I had to in order to get the verifly pass. Now I can't check in online and will have to queue at the airport. Absolutely terrible system, total waste of customers time and only adds to check in queues at the airport. This is my second very poor experience with BA and verifly.

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid flying any airline that uses if at all possible. Had problems both ways on a recent trip to Ireland, and there is ZERO customer support.

would like to give no stars. Terrible app, terrible experience with BA and Verifly. Cannot get the app to work, says the name on the ticket doesn't match the name on the account. No response to my emails from Verifly or BA. I cannot even get in to my booking to reserve my seat.
