Trying (unsuccessfully) to complete COVID 19 vaccination information for a Viking cruise. This application is not only not intuitive it is difficult to use. It keeps rejecting our COVID_19 vaccination info that has been resubmitted multiple times attempting to address the application's data issues. There is no way to easily get in touch with them. Their directions for getting to customer support ARE NOT as specified in the application. Missing or incomplete directions to the support portal. There is no way to call them via voice. It's not even email based. It is web form based and they say they'll follow-up with a reply re any issue you are having via email. Crickets! They send useless information to a "Secure Message Center" where you have no way to reply to the current issue or issues at hand. The issues they complain about are idiotic. For one example, as there are many, they rejected one submittal saying the document was altered - Most of the COVID cards are hand written and people will scribble and make mistakes especially when it's a cattle call vaccination center. DUH Another issue they complain about is dates being incorrect, well the world has only had COVID vaccinations since November for essential personnel. The rest of us haven’t been able to get vaccinated since January 2021, so logic would tell you anyone with a COVID vaccination card has a valid vaccination no matter what unreadable or over-written date it has scribbled on it. Again DUH I've found no way to talk to a human to get some intelligence to physically review the stupidity their automated system is rejecting, and if it is a human rejecting then someone needs a brain and remedial training. If this is the way Viking is going to handle these issues, I'll not go on a Viking Cruise again . . . that's if I even get to go on this one at the rate this is going.

Downloaded the app, following a message from BA. Set up a profile and tried to load a trip to Spain. The only flights i could enter were American Airlines from Dallas or Miami. I was flying from Londin. Really disappointed BA ask you to use something that clearly isn't finished or ready to be used by the general public.

Don't know why our experience was SO different, but all went very smoothly and easily - plus we got the QR airport flash code very quickly in response. Couldn't see the problems described by others.

This is the worst app in the world, whatever you do DO NOT USE IT. Cannot get it to move past the QR code scan for UK passenger locator form no matter how many times I try. scans the QR code, takes the arrival test ref no and then freezes. Absolutely useless.

Useless App. Sent me a message that my vaccine information needed to be updated, but there is no apparent way to do this on the App. Also, while I can scan my Travel Authorization, I cannot upload it as it ask for an Arrival Test Reference Number, which I do not have and there is no explanation about this. I've spent over an hour trying to figure out this piece of crap App.

Utter rubbish. Why on earth are apps like this so unintuitive to use? And why is British Airways recommending its use if it's so difficult to use.
