This app is absolute Rubbish. I am booked to fly to Canada with BA on Weds 23rd from Heathrow. On Sunday 20th, out of the blue, BA send an email to say I must use this app otherwise I won't be able to check in online. I already have approval via ArriveCAN, the Canadian govt app. Verify says I must have a fit to fly PCR, NOT TRUE as I had COVID in December, so I don't need a PCR. Verify doesn't allow me to put this in. It's stressy enough arranging travel these days without this extra stress. Complete RUBBISH. BA, you should ditch this app immediately, note 93% poor rating

This is the worst app ever.

Total rubbish. The world’s worse app! Drop it immediately British Airways, it has incomprehensible navigation, no useful features and clearly just a marketing gimmick to try and cross sell me something. Faster and more fun to go to the check in desk

This new app Verifly app Aer Lingus have introduced to make 'travel easier' has done nothing but the complete opposite! On a recent trip from Spain I had problems checking in on line - even though I had the app already installed on my phone and had used it for the outbound flight, it would not allow me to operate the same way for the return leg. I got so frustrated, I ended up having to phone aer lingus help line for assistance. I was told there is sometimes 'a glitch in the system' and was advised to uninstall the app, reinstall it again and start all over from scratch. So thats what I had to do and while it worked, it took 2 stressful hours of my time to get to that point. To make matters worse, I was not once asked to produce the app at check in or any stage throughout my journey. In my opinion a completely useless requirement by Aer Lingus. I only hope they will soon get rid off of this ridiculous app and revert back to the old reliable method of online check in 😡

This is the second time I’ve used this useless App. I’m in San Diego and have been asked by BA to enter my information on Verify to enable on line check in. I’m given the choice of Two airports to enter for departure. Guess what, I’m in San Diego and the options are LHR and LGW!!!!!!! Useless.

Spent two days jumping through hoops with this non intuitive and terrible app. App says I'm all set to go, Aer Lingus says I can't check in online and will need to do it at the airport, the very thing the app was meant to avoid. Aer Lingus doesn't seem to care much either.

Completed the required info. Secured a 'ready to travel' message . Tried to check in on BA but it said i hadnt been verified. Waste of time .

On recent trip to Munich had to use Verifly for journey back to Dublin. Not a good user experience. The app is relatively straightforward but doesn't allow you upload docs from cloud services ( OneDrive, Google Drive) etc. So you have to create local copies which is time consuming. Secondly the integration with the AerLingus app doesn't seem to work so after filling in all the Verifly required info you still couldn't check in online and had to queue to check in at the airport. The only benefit was that you could show the app at check-in and it made it relatively painless. However not being able to check in online due to lack of integration is a step backwards and a poor customer experience.
