This should be a great help when travelling to countries who demand Covid documentation. Unfortunately the incredible hassle getting the Verifly app to load and interact just makes it too much trouble. It took over 2 hours to get documents loaded into the app, most of the time watching the buffering circle going round and round. BA promote the app heavily but have abandoned the dedicated Verifly check in positions at Gatwick and never had any at overseas airports I visited. Saving maybe 4 minutes at check in not having to present paperwork (which you are advised to carry anyway) is not worth the hours of stress the night before just trying to get the Verifly app to work.

You successfully get through step one and two and think wow nearly BUT when you get to Covid test you are unable to progress any further it’s so frustrating ! You put the appropriate date for your test it’s okay depending on destination. You fry to put the time and it comes back ‘ current time’ so if my test was at 3:30 pm (eg) and I only get my results at 00:53 it’s impossible to register/ submit your test certificate as the only time that comes up is current time ( and I sure didn’t get my test at 00:53 😂 so I got nowhere and deleted the app 🙄 not a well designed app at all sorry - maybe review and modify ?

This app is very difficult to use. It has one of the worst designs I've ever seen. Its purpose is to take at trip. However, finding how to add a trip after you have taken one seems impossible. I give up

Useless - my Covid certificate shows my middle name (from my NHS records). Verifly wouldn’t accept it so I added my 1st and middle name to the first name field (they don’t have a middle name field!) and, hey presto, it accepted it. My Covid test app just has my first and last names so guess what? Yep - Verifly wouldn’t accept my Covid test pass certificate. It wouldn’t accept my daughters Covid test pass certificate either but for no apparent reason. It accepted my wife’s docs no problem. Totally random and completely useless. Edited to add that it did eventually work but it took repeated attempts to upload the various information. It needs a lot more work and testing to become a decent app.

This program is pretty basic. I used it to get to the U.K. In late December and was ok, but the return didn’t work. Now I’m heading to France and learning of more issues. 1. The Checklist page states that if you are vaccinated, you don’t need a pre-flight Covid test but to proceed, you need a Covid test. When pointed out to their nonexistent customer service I was informed that the requirement should drop once vaccine status has been approved. It didn’t. 2. This is a two leg flight leaving from Jacksonville Fl to Miami, then Miami to Paris. The app states that your pre-flight test must be taken no more than 48 hours from the first embarkation point. VeriFLY only allows the international leg of the trip. When loading pre-flight vaccine results, they are rejected because more than 48 hours from the Paris flight (45 hours from the Jax flight. Taken at 3;50pm 2/1/2022. Jax flight is 1:25pm 2/3/2022, Miami flight to Paris is 6:25pm 2/3/2022). Customer services response to this sh!t show is that I have to bring all paperwork to the airport to check in.

completely unintuitive interface.. sack the designer please! first time I installed it, it wouldn't open the camera app. had to uninstall it then it worked..... You have to add a trip from the existing ones, despite it saying you can add a new one. luckily my destination was on the list... what was the UI person thinking? It gets 2 stars as in the end it worked, despite me having no idea what I was doing...

Used verifly for recent BA flights for me and my partner. Outbound flight we both uploaded our details to verifly and got the green tick. I was able to check in online with ba but my partner was unable too as the ba app said to complete her details on verifly (verifly was complete) Same issue on return flight. Also I was asked to show copies of all my documents at bag drop despite them being confirmed on verifly. Have used other airlines uploading systems and they have worked much better

Verify is not user friendly. It works but it took me about an hour to checking for my flight. I was flying round-trip from Phl to Aruba (AUA). The initial flight to aruba was relatively easy but the return....ugh! No where in the minimal instructions did it say that I would need to create a new pass to the US. We spent about 30 mins trying to figure out why the Aruba airport wouldn't come up. Turns out we needed to create a separate US pass. Once we had that, we had trouble uploading our results. 90 mins later, we were finally checked in. There's got to be a better way. Verify/airlines should recognize a round trip and perform as such.
