I especially appreciate the neck warmer! The heat settings provide controlled warmth as I work on a farm and use the settings when I get too warm…yes, I said too warm! I am also able to say the customer service is excellent! I was having an issue with battery life and they solved the problem in a quick, courteous manner. What a great investment!
