So far, every part of our claims process has been excellent. My claim manager has been great and generally very responsive. I feel the initial payments have been fair and expect to finally resolve the claim seamlessly when the repairs are finished. I have heard of the struggle many of my neighbors with similar issues are having with their insurance and I am very pleased with my Vault experience!

The system for claims is very easy but amounts charged and insurance companies lack of smart cost control makes the cost of repair probably 3 times higher than what common sense dictates The company Paul Davis Restoration, in my opinion, rips the Vault Insurance Co. Off with inflated billing resulting in higher than necessary premiums. Also their contracts given to customer is abusively one way and unfair. Still my opinion

I am so sorry for your dissatisfaction with the amount of money the restoration company charged for the demolition and repairs that they completed. The insurance restoration industry uses standard estimating software with updated monthly pricing provided by contractors in each geographic area. As your insurance carrier, we have no bearing on those charges. The invoice for services provided by the restoration contractor was in line with the average geographic cost for the services and payment was made by Vault accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and have taken your pricing and contractual concerns directly to the restoration contractor. We have used this as a training opportunity with the restoration contractor. Vault is committed to ensuring our customers are supported with an exceptional claims experience and recovery from a covered loss and we would welcome the opportunity to review the specifics relating to your claim with you again.

I recently had a minor accident. Throughout the entire claim process Vault took excellent care of us. We are new to the High-Net worth carrier arena and based on my experience with Vault, thus far, I do not ever want to return to main stream insurance.
