Ease of installation

Works well with their Dadhcam

The camera is what was advertised. Works well so far. Very sensitive to taking photos when going over smallest of bumps. Had to set it to 1 or 2. Also user manual for connecting to PC is missing a few things and needs updating.

The ordering process was easy, but choosing the right option could have been easier with a side by side comparison chart. I bought an F1 for my Harley Tri-Glide and an N5S for use in my car and truck. The F1 Installation instructions were good, but I had a hard time locating an accessory lead and I had my Harley dealer do the power installation. I was able to mount the cameras and controller. I utilized the handlebar camera mount for the controller by making a threaded base plate from 3/8 inch thick Lexan and devised a simple custom mounting plate under the steering tube. Every thing has a clean look and is functional. I have not received the N5S yet, but I expect that installation to be easier.

I bought the VanTrue N2 dash cam and found the camera to be decent. I decided to return the camera (for reasons other than the quality or product). The VanTrue’s customer service team was helpful and I got a full refund upon it arriving at their warehouse. They even covered shipping despite the fact I had used the dash cam.

Suction cup for my dash cam went bad and ordered a new one .fast service and works great
