VantrueReviews of vantrue.com

I purchased this dashcam for my sister as Xmas gift, so it is not mounted yet. Delivery was fast, packing was good and the camera box is solid and beautiful. Per the customers reviews and item description this dash cam is perfect and budget friendly, easy to install and reliable.

Vantrue Falcon F1 Motorcycle camera system - I find that these kind of camera systems are essential nowadays for Motorcyclists. I have found the Vantrue F1 to be amongst the best for the price point. Customer support has been exemplary and reassuring.

The picture quality is crystal clear BUT I can’t use the app or connect the app to the unit. Without the app it’s limiting what I can do or the video clips I can capture or edit. Edited I have the newest version of the app and it won’t connect to the device

Salve a tutti volevo raccontare la mia piccola esperienza verso le codeste dasch vantrue!! Modello n4 neanche 3 anni fa ho acquistato 2 Dash ovviamente per due auto differenti.. i primi anni una vera sentinella ottime riprese in varie situazioni meteorologiche ecc.ecc tanto di cappello... Poi..... Vergognoso....

Fast delivery and packaged really well with care. I already have one Vantrue N5 dash cam and got the newer, better version for my other car.

Sleek looking device, well built and has fantastic graphics. Easy to install. Set up is proving to be a challenge. Unit turn off and on when driving. I'm sure it's a set up thing but can't find a way to find out. Frustrating for an otherwise great experience

I just recently purchased the Vantrue 4 pro S and I’m having a little difficulty with it. It seems like the screen for the inside cabin is glitching and the cabin camera feels warm to the touch. The main screen goes dark after a few seconds, but I am able to use voice command to turn it on after which it goes dark again not very happy with the purchase. also, having issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, I have to repeatedly try to connect before pairing the camera with my phone. I checked all connections to ensure that connection was not an issue.

International shipping is challenging, and that's perfectly fine, but ignoring customer instructions is not okay. I placed an order with the explicit instructions to not use postal services, knowing there are extensive disruptions that will delay the shipment so much so it will render the item useless to me. I would have loved to pay extra for express shipping, but that was not offered. Days pass without any response to my instructions and suddenly the item is shipped via postal services. Support staff was responsive and courteous, but did not deliver on the promise to refund the item when it reaches the country and gets stuck due to disruptions. Product runs too hot, like online reviews point out, but thanks to the shipping issue I've not had any real use therefore cannot judge whether the excessive heat causes longevity or performance issues.
