AVOID!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would. Waited forever for a chest to come in, far beyond the lead times listed on their website. It went from 4 weeks to almost 3 months and then they kept on delaying and delaying times as to when it would be delivered. We run a design business and when we asked to cancel, they allowed it HOWEVER.... then WOULD NOT CREDIT OUR CREDIT BACK!. This is ridiculous!

Cameron and Gilbert stayed in contact with me before and after delivering my furniture. It made the process for me so easy. They came in, set everything up, took away all the trash, and made sure everything ig was okay. The furniture is great quality and I can’t wait to take full advantage of it. Thanks guys

So I recently purchased a couch from Valyou Furniture and while there were a few hiccups along the way, I can confidently say that this company is legit and their customer service is actually incredible. I think Valyou Furniture is a growing company and as such, it seems to me that they have experienced some challenges in keeping up with the high demand for their products. However, their dedication to providing excellent customer service to us really changed our perspective on this company. One particular customer service representative, Jem, went above and beyond to help us with our couch order. Despite the delay in our order, Jem always made sure to keep us updated on any issues that arose. When there was an issue with delivery due to our apartment being a walk up in New York City, Jem was quick to address the issue and worked with the delivery company to ensure that our couch was properly delivered. She really went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and our experience with Valyou Furniture. We didn't go through the general customer service back and forth email line and Jem reached out directly to us to ensure we were updated along the way. Because of the incredible service we received from Jem and the rest of the Valyou team, we ended up ordering two additional pieces of furniture from them, we ordered the ottoman and additional pillow covers. It's clear that this company cares about its customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure their satisfaction. I want to emphasize that Valyou Furniture is not scamming anyone... they just seem to be experiencing growing pains. Despite this, they are committed to providing top-notch customer service, and that's what really matters to us. Overall, I highly recommend Valyou Furniture. While there may be some delays or missed updates on orders, their customer service team, especially Jem, makes up for any inconvenience. If you're looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service, Valyou Furniture is definitely worth checking out.

Exceptional customer service was provided throughout the entire purchase process, making the shipping experience a breeze thanks to Tonette. Her responsiveness over text was greatly appreciated, and she went above and beyond to coordinate the delivery date and answer my questions. When the sofa finally arrived, I was pleased to find that it lived up to my expectations in terms of comfort and style. I've already spent many hours lounging on it, and it looks real nice. I would recommend this to a friend. My friends like it. Ask for Tonette if you're buying from Valyou.

Be warned!!!!! Absolute scam! We purchased a couch from this company in Oct. They kept saying “shipping delayed” - finally they said the order was not going to ship. They won’t refund us! They said only option to receive our $1600 back is to dispute charge at bank. Since it’s been longer than 4 months, bank is refusing. Do not buy from this company. It’s a scam.

The experience with Valyōu for myself has been excellent. The process was great from placing the order to delivery. I was hesitant at first because the only contact with customer service was text or online on their site but that was even awesome! You have to wait a minute but you will be answered any questions you have. I purchased the 142 inch 4 seater and I love it. I actually received my order earlier than expected. And when Louise reached out and told me within the week it would be in my City, she was right. It was delivered after it was checked out and the 2 delivery was on time within my time slot and communicated when on the way. Overall great process, my son and myself love our new couch.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to spend $2000 and inquire about your purchase 5 times in 6 months just to be told stock will be available at the end of the month each time??? Well then look no further! Valyōu furniture is looking for an idiot like you to buy from them. Filled with generic customer service personnel names like Nikki, Joyce, Jayne, and Vince…they’ll do their best to make you feel like a Bozo no matter what your real name is :o) with zero timelines and complete obfuscation of their responsibilities they’ll make sure to let you know when you ask for a refund and to cancel your order, they can no longer do it because of a new credit processing system, so make sure you have your bank fraud claims department on speed dial. Best of luck to all you who get swindled by these vermin of the earth.
