Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

From the moment I placed the order for a sofa until the moment I got it, Valyou was there to answer any questions and they responded in a timely fashion. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait too long to get it. The delivery people were pleasant to work with as well! I love the sofa and it fits great in my den.

BEWARE!!!! I spent $1672 on September 2022 and they never provided updates on delivery ETA, 6+ months later I finally canceled order on April 2023 and was told via text by Valyou that I need to dispute the charge through our credit card company. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

I must say that I recommend Valyou to EVERYONE that I know! It started with visiting ValYou store nearby LA Chinatown. The sales rep Spencer Fleet was truly the best salesperson that I have ever experienced so far (I am a salesman myself). He was not only very honest and straightforward with all of Pros and Cons of sofas but also went over the limit to PROVE what he was saying. My wife, quite a realistic person, heard Spencer say that “you can literally jump up and down on the sofa and all you need to do is gentle single fluff and it will be back to new condition.” Of course, my wife carefully asked him to jump as aggressive as he could. To my surprise, Spencer actually did it! And what he said was true!! With all of infos provided, we gladly was able purchase it with confidence. And the delivery was right on spot! Elliot And Hilbert were the drivers. They contacted me constantly to make sure where they are at so that we could feel at ease. Although their obligation was the curbside drop-off, they were more than happy to help us out by bring in the sofa to our living room :) All delivery and carry process was done with care and professionalism. Please send much love to them. They truly were a great team from the beginning to the end :)

Ordering was easy, shipping was incredibly quick, we received our sectional 2 days after our purchase. Delivery was seemless and professional. Cameron and Scott were both great with communication and delivery

My purchase with Valyou was seamless! I got several discounts upon checkout and I even received FREE shipping! It was delivered quickly and the whole process was effortless! I love my new couch so much! It’s perfect! This is my second time ordering from them and both experiences was amazing! Their customer service is also wonderful! They follow up to make sure you had a good experience. Thank you Valyou!

This company is a scam. We’ve been waiting for 6+ months for our furniture. We requested a refund and they told us we’d need to dispute the charge through our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Response to Valyou reply: Please email for follow up if you intend to fix this and actually give us our refund and I will revise my review appropriately.

Elliot and Gilbert made the delivery process for my couch so great and easy!! They were so nice and scheduled the drop off perfectly.

We were delighted to find such a comfortable couch for a reasonable price. The order was confirmed & shipped quickly. Today, Cameron & Scott delivered Feathers. They communicated when they were close & provided guidance on how to unpack. Overall, this was an excellent experience!
