⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Absolute Ultimate Cloud Couch! I am completely in love with my Feathers Sectional. The seat comfort is out of this world—it has the perfect, deep, sink-in cloud feeling while still holding its shape beautifully. On top of that, the entire buying experience was seamless. The delivery service was incredibly fast and professional, and the customer service by Valyou Furniture was fantastic and attentive from start to finish. If you are looking for the ultimate lounge couch and a stress-free buying process, this is it!

I truly love the bed. Super easy to assemble and great quality too. They also followed up after my purchase to see if everything was okay.

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE — 4 MONTHS AND VALYOU STILL HASN’T RESOLVED MY WARRANTY CLAIM This is an update to my previous review, and unfortunately, the situation has gotten even worse. It has now been exactly 4 months since I opened my warranty claim with Valyou and STILL no resolution. In four months, I’ve received a response from Valyou about once a month, but these responses have not resulted in any meaningful progress. I continue to follow up, and I continue to get nowhere. Let that sink in: FOUR MONTHS for a warranty claim with virtually no communication and no resolution. If you’re considering buying furniture from Valyou, read the reviews before you spend your money. And if you’re thinking about purchasing their extended warranty, my experience should make you seriously question whether it’s worth paying for. A warranty is only valuable if the company actually stands behind it when something goes wrong. In my experience, Valyou has not. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want my warranty claim handled and resolved after FOUR MONTHS of waiting. Save yourself the frustration. Think twice before buying from Valyou. I will continue updating this review until Valyou finally resolves my claim. UPDATE INSTEAD IF FOCUSING ON RESOLVING MY CLAIM THEY HAVE THE TIME TO COME ON HERE AND FLAG MY POST FOR DEFAMATION. AFTER REVIEW BY TRUSTPILOT THEY DEEMED IT WAS NOT DEFAMATORY AS I DO HAVE THE PROOF TO BACK IT UP. VALYOU PLEASE FOCUS ON THE PROBLEM AT HAND AND NOT TRYING TO TAKE MY POST DOWN.

We bought the Charm Bed 2.0 in king size, dark wood and grey. It's a great bed, and we're very happy with it.

We had a wonderful experience with Valyou! We previously purchased a sofa and two chairs but when we relocated recently we decided to order two additional pieces to create a sectional. The representative from Valyou was so helpful in putting our order together and answering any questions we had. Great communication. The order was delivered quickly and we are absolutely loving our new sectional! We have three animals and two kids so I was a little worried about the white covers, but they are so easy to clean!
