Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

The ordering and shipping process went smoothly. The delivery as well. It comes assembled. It’s very stylish and comfy. My big concern is the height. It’s very low to the ground and makes it difficult to get off it. I didn’t see any other reviews mentioning the height and I think it should be discussed.

Spencer from the LA location was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Elliot & Scott the delivery drivers were super fast and efficient and did a great job. My only complaint is with Ella Rose, the customer service and logistics— They canceled my delivery during the delivery window, and wouldn’t get back to me. Once I was able to get ahold of someone, I was able to get my couch the same day.

order #VA3434 Ordered the Feathers couch and was told I would be receiving the couch in about a week from Feb 20th and my preferred shipping date would be attended to by the CX rep. Once we placed the order, the shipping date was updated to April 16, and without giving a legitimate reason why I was lied to. UPDATE: upping stars - they responded to me once I posted this and another review on their site. I was in close contact with a very nice account manager named Tonette and a logistics manager named Louise to ensure smooth delivery, which it was. The couch is great, I'm not sure it's worth the headache though! Go directly to Mario Capesa to order if you're so inclined.

Overall our experience was good, but not great. Pros: -We actually got our ordered items. We weren't scammed. -The furniture is comfortable. -Valyou always responded to texts and emails. Cons: -Instead of a sofa piece they sent a chaise, so we had to wait 6 weeks for the correct item to be re-sent. When it arrived, the stuffing in cushions and pillows was noticeably less than in the other half of the sofa, but there is no warrantee claim for "comfort level." -The clips/buckles underneath were backwards on one section and they asked me to unscrew them and put them on correctly (luckily I knew what to do and had the tools to do it). -Responses via text and email often took multiple days at a time. We appreciate having the furniture and hopefully it will last us for years to come, but next time we will just buy locally instead.

i've been waiting since june for an item that was in-stock. i perfectly understand delays or carrier issues. however, i was given a "delivery date" and called off work to receive the item. an hour before the delivery date, they said my item wasn't even in state. it was in chicago (i live in north carolina). everytime, i message the customer service, i am not given straightforward answers. it's a bit frustrating being sent around in circles. i have no idea where my furniture is at. 11/28/22 update: the managers contacted me after the reviews. after attempts to figure out a resolution, both parties decided a refund could be issued through a bank dispute. i changed my review from a 1 to 3 for an attempt to fix the problem.

Literally only giving 3 stars because of Anthony and albery the two men that delivered my couch this morning. The company’s customer service is awful also I thought the couch was beige when I bought it and it’s definitely white. It’s been a struggle to get in contact with anyone in the company, I have been told a million dates for delivery I had to argue and stuggle to get the insurance paper work correct and was ignored when trying to call 20 times. HOWEVER the delivery men were absolutely AMAZING. They were so sweet even when they we not told they were going to have to use the stairs after I had informed the company of this. They were so sweet and positive. Anthony and albery Are and were the only positive in buying a couch. They need a raise they were wonderful and did an amazing job setting up and unpacking.

I was exited to try sofa with feathers. Unfortunately what sounds like a great idea didn't work in real life. once you seat on it, it gets a shape and keep holding it. Same like with pillows you need to shake and knock them to get a shape back with sofa it's not that easy to do :) Other than that it's good seems like a good quality and design
