Unit was great. The installation instructions need to be better. The instructional brochure and video were not detailed enough to be able assemble the unit. Also, the option to have the door on the other hand or make the panels able to be reversed.

An amazing experience with this company. Communication and customer service are outstanding. Delivery and tracking the shipment is very easy. Vanity came in in perfect condition. Very happy with this company.

The mirror cabinet "Milan"we purchased was not real solid wood as described, but the store honored a partial refund. The delivery was good, although it could have been even better if it was to door step of the apartment, instead of curb side.

Its a bait and switch site. After placing order nothing for 3 days then we asked about the status and got reply that need to pay extra $1350 to ship even so they offer free shipping. There was a great selection, however the search function on the website was clunky. I was trying to find a drain for a shower base, and I got 1700 results but no drain assembly. Also, I ordered a product, only to find after payment that the product was on back order without a ship date. After cancelling that part of the order, it was quite a while, and after prompting from me, that I got any confirmation that the order cancelled and my credit card was refunded. Good product selection, price, and delivery on the lavatory sink which was in stock.

The quick chat support is very nice however actually talking to someone directly seems impossible. Very nervous wiring that kind of money but it worked out very well. The shower look is very nice MESA 608A, the front facade did detach from the adjusters (3of6). At first disappointing but, I'm glad they did so attached it better and made it easier to service. Affordable luxary.

Terrible experience start to finish (refund still has not been processed). Ordered three light fixtures and bulbs. Was told the order would be processed within 10 days. Was not processed for nearly three months. Arrived incomplete after I had been told time after time it was in stock and would be delivered complete. I was then told they could no longer deliver on part of the order and now I’m a few weeks into waiting for a refund that I was promised would take 3-5 days. Filing with the BBB to try to ensure this doesn’t happen to the next person.

Delays, promised updates every time I contacted customer service. Received 1 out of the 7 or 8 promised updates. waited 2 months for an order that was supposed to take 10 days. Order which I had been told was fully verified as in stock arrived missing 5 items. A week after being promised they'd be sent right out, I was just told they were not in stock. 1/10 experience. All around horrendous.
