Great seller but very long shipping times

I love the mirrors I bought for my double sink vanity! They arrived within a reasonable time and were well-packed. The mirrors were exactly as advertised and just what I wanted!

USBathStore.com is a scam. They show stock on product that they dont' have, don't ship anything for months, and will not cancel and refund. Total waste.

The product shows a picture of overflow cover included, but I did not get the part, so I emailed customer service and they said that it does not come with even though it said it did. Plus my order took longer than the 10 days I called and they were having issues with ordering. I did finally get it nearly 10 days later. I am happy with the part I did get.

Paid for product in December of 2024 and never received the product until i finally after several attempts of representatives telling us it was going to be shipped finally received it. We had gone ahead after almost 7 weeks of yes its shipped and US Bath couldn’t even provide us with a tracking number we ordered from Ferguson Enterprises and received within 8 days and paid less for the product! Will never order from you again. Then we returned the product back to US Bath and it was returned to us. Terrible service

Do not use this company. They have a terrible return policy that is buried.

I purchased a medical grade chromotherapy light and it didn't ship for a couple months then when it did ship it was non-useable the glass for the light did not fit in the frame. I sent pictures and showed it did not fit. I called and no response for another month. I got an email 3 plus months later I responded and gave them my phone number and it is February 2025 still no response? I recommend reading the reviews. They never responded
