Shipped the wrong product, then were slow to take it back. If you have issues be ready to hear "we're monitoring replies from the warehouse". They will not give you a straight answer to your first email. It took four tries to finally get a return shipping label even though they'd admitted the product shipped was not the product ordered. The customer service is horrendous.

I don't think these are real people, but AI seems to be running the conversations. Absolutely horrofying. No regard for truth, but very professional, cookie cutter responses. They make you believe they are working for you, but really, they are not. Not at all. I even saw I 5 star review for a broken sink. Totally not trust worthy.

Complete scam. Isn't a real company, has no actual address. Once you place an order you learn it's out of stock several days later and then trying to get a refund is impossible. Luckily it's a credit card so a dispute will help. Who knows who they have sold your address to however. This place isn't real. Look up their supposed address and you'll find the Wyoming corporate office for the state...not this company . It's a shell
