The agent who handled this transaction was CASS. She was WONDERFUL!!! She quickly researched to find out WHY my payment was not going through on my credit card. The problem was a discrepancy in the address. GREAT JOB!!! I had spoken with a different company and they could NOT figure out the problem. THANK YOU CASS! SHE IS A DEFINITE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. SHE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!
