The customer service I received was outstanding. The item I purchased is a red light sauna. Unfortunately, it was on back order for a few months. My delivery date was pushed back a couple of times. US Bath reps gave me a small discount and then added another item to my order to accommodate the date changes. That issue was not on them, but they felt it was the right thing to do.

This was a double vanity and when I placed order for the hardware I assumed that I was getting 2 (who would be ordering 1). When I received the 1 set of hardware I ordered another. This delayedtge install of my vanity.

The US Bath website was easy to navigate. I was looking for master bathroom sinks. By filtering my criteria, the search and order placement was easy. The sinks arrived promptly and in good condition. My only concern was not being able to track the shipment; I had no idea when they would be delivered. Prior to delivery, I received two emails from US Bath's customer service. I responded to both asking for delivery info. Neither representatives responded.

Great seller but very long shipping times

Unit was great. The installation instructions need to be better. The instructional brochure and video were not detailed enough to be able assemble the unit. Also, the option to have the door on the other hand or make the panels able to be reversed.

The mirror cabinet "Milan"we purchased was not real solid wood as described, but the store honored a partial refund. The delivery was good, although it could have been even better if it was to door step of the apartment, instead of curb side.

I ordered a specific mirror that no other place had in stock, even the original manufacturer. The product was expertly packaged and in pristine condition.

Length of time getting the vanity was quite a bit more than anticipated
