US Bath StoreReviews of usbathstore.com

I purchased 2 marble vanity tops. They arrived in a timely manner, they were packaged securely and thoroughly, and they are absolutely beautiful. One always wonders about the shipping process, especially with something so fragile, although they arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely conduct business with US Bath Store again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for superb products and customer service. Thanks again... my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase.

It took just about four months for us to get the product. We had to call every week to find out what was happening and nobody knew anything. My experience with you is terrible.

The entire lights are off everywhere. We ordered a new panel for the light but have NO idea how to install it... but nothing works, the lkight on the fron, the lights when you open the cabinets and the clock et.

Great service with great team

We bought an outdoor sauna and after 5 months, the walls deteriorated so much that the woodwork was buckling and peeling allover the exterior so they sent us new walls but it is so much work to take apart and rebuild that we have not done that yet. We assumed that an outdoor sauna should be weather proof. US Bath did what they could but they are selling products that are not what they advertise.

The house we purchased had a beautiful small wall cabinet in each bathroom. As a girl I needed more space and I started looking to purchase a second cabinet for my bathroom, the same as the one already here. I had a hard time founding it and when I did, it was quite expensive. Somehow, I stumbled on this website, where the cabinet was almost half the price. It took a long time to arrive, as it was backordered, but we did receive it and it is identical to the existing one. Very happy!

Best price that I found, fast shipping and great customer service after the sale.

The vanities were fabulous and worked great in both of our remodels
