Hi Ramon, thank you for sharing you concerns. We understand how frustrating it can be to see a payment higher than expected. The change in your monthly amount is related to the loan re-amortization terms outlined in your financing agreement. Your loan was structured with the expectation that the federal solar tax incentive would be applied within the first 18 months. If that amount is not applied to the loan during that timeframe, the lender automatically re-amortizes the balance, which results in a higher monthly payment.
