Sketchy company- find someone else
They either sold me faulty panels, or lied about the project generating 80% when it rarely generates 20%. Have tried to get a response from the company 3 times to no avail. Ready to pull these crappy panels down myself. Terrible waste of money and so disappointing that they do not respond to customers.

Your system was only recently energized in December, which is typically when solar production is at its lowest due to shorter daylight hours and winter weather. Production estimates account for this seasonality, with most solar credits being generated during the spring and summer months and then used to offset lower winter production.
