The solar panels have worked as advertised. My lowest electric bill was $13.56 in September 2025 and my highest electric bill was $124.70 in January 2025. My January 2026 bill was $96.52. Since I heat my home with natural gas, my bill averages $75 over a 12 month period which is less than what i paid prior to the solar panel installation.
Response from SunPower, Inc.Feb 20, 2026
Hi Joyce, thank you for the kind words! We’re so glad to hear your system is performing as expected and delivering real savings. Seeing bills as low as $13.56,and maintaining an annual average around $75, is a great example of how solar can meaningfully reduce overall energy costs compared to pre-installation. Thank you for choosing SunPower and we’re thrilled your system is delivering the results you hoped for! - Katie G.
