The install took so long that the federal credit was no longer available. They did discount the system to get close to the original cost. The equipment sat in my driveway for a month because the installers didn't show up when they were first scheduled causing me to waste a vacation day. Maybe they could have let me know that they weren't able to make it. The second scheduled install was also a no call no show. Then they finally install about a month after the initial scheduled date. The final payment was requested and payed even though the system hasn't been inspected by them. Now, a month later the system still isn't inspected so it isn't energized. So, eight months later, I still am not able to reap the benefits of the money that I've payed for this system and I can't even collect interest on the funds.

Hi Rob, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delays, missed appointments, and lack of communication you encountered. This is not the level of service or customer experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have invested in your system and still not be able to use it. We also recognize how inconvenient it is to take time off work for scheduled appointments that did not occur as planned. That is not acceptable, and we are truly sorry for the disruption this caused. At this time, our permitting team is actively working on submitting the revised permit documentation required to move your project forward. In parallel, we are coordinating to have a crew scheduled to complete the necessary correction work so that your system can proceed to inspection and energization as quickly as possible. We understand that timing is especially important given the delays you have already experienced, and we are committed to improving communication and keeping you informed with clear updates on next steps. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this and get your system fully operational. -Emma A.
