I have a 26 month old dual fuel range that malfunctioned and burned a whole in the floor of the oven. Out of warranty but you will get the parts if I pay for the labor. That's fine but one of the parts will not be available for 2 months. Hope you can expedite delivery of the part. My wife is very unhappy about not being able to cook for the holidays.

Bertazzoni Never Worked from the 1st day.
My Bertazzoni electric oven has never ever worked properly . It’s always 25-50 degrees hotter than it’s supposed to be. Bertazzoni sent out a repairman when I first received t
My stove and he never fixed it. I would NEVER recommend Bertazzoni!
Update: Received an email requesting an update to review so here goes. Bertazzoni has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue with this stove with defective oven! They are rude.

Beautiful appliances.
Just missing a few items that always seemed standard. Refrigerator doesn't make ice in the freezer, only the door, yet comes with an ice bucket and scoop.
Range, no clock, timer or actual temperature readout, just a guage but no numbers.
