I got these high gladiator shoes and they are BEAUTIFUL! They fit perfectly and got to my house less than a week after ordering! I was slightly concerned after seeing some of the reviews down below, BUT, I had a wonderful experience with them!

I was so scared to order from reading the reviews especially when my order confirmation didn't come. But I got my shoes and they are freakin DOPE. No tears scratches or problems period. I'll be buying again 😀

my first time ordering was scary because i read the reviews any who it was a slight damage to my shoe nothing MAJOR AT ALL they even refunded me half my money back onto my card my 2nd order was perfect shoes came in time love this website

Tried to make a purchase with Urban OG. I was excited to see their low-cost products, and interested in their shoes. Ordered them, and after a week or two checked my tracking. According to the DHL site, my address was incomplete (despite having house number + unit, full street, direction, city, state, and zip code) and had been returned to post office. No response from DHL at all, but UOG refused to give me any kind of discount or compensation. Refused to take any kind of fault or responsibility for the situation. At this point my item is being returned to OG, as the post office doesn't hold mail, and they estimate a full month before it would even start back to me. Super disappointed in the company and the lack of customer service that I received. Cancelling my order.

They forgot to include my name on the parcel so that USPS had to send it back to sender, but I was not able to change the address via tracking. So what they offer was that either they resend it to me with an additional 35$ fee or they refund me with an additional 20$ restockment fee. So I have to pay for the mistake of UrbanOG that their suppliers and employees were unable to write my name down on my parcel, even though I included it twice on my order (shipping and billing address). I have never experienced an online shop that made a client responsible for their own mistakes. Don't buy there, it is not worth the stress!!! The quality of shoes is not that good anyways

So I ordered two pairs of boots despite the scary reviews and they were shipped true to size and within 8 days I had them.. I do a lot of shopping online and am patient so the 8 days seems reasonable to me!! Shipped usps.. I love the quality of the boots and have been wearing them quite a bit in the last two weeks.. So far love this site. About to place a second order and I will review those boots and how it goes as well:) I did find it different they have you call to confirm your order before they will place it but but that's not a terrible thing just different..so far I'm a very happy costomer!!

purchase a pair of boots wore them a few hours and they hurt my feet and gave me a sore, so I return them. A week later I got an email stating that the boots were sent back 30% worn and dirty so I was being refunded only half of what I paid for them!!!😠 I emailed them back explaining the situation that I had only worn them a few hours and they hurt my feet... I went round and round and round with them. I finally told them to send the boots back to me and I would resell them on my own because I knew I could get more than half of what I paid for them they still wouldn't do it!! they completely screwed me, I had to pay shipping twice and they screwed me out of half my money😠😠 this is a horrible company I would never ever buy anything again!!!!!!!!!
