SHOE QUALITY: I've ordered from UrbanOG about 4 or 5 times now. (majority of which, took place within the last two months) I must say every almost time I've ordered a pair of shoes, I notice that the shoes have minor damages. However, about to days after I ordered two pair of shoes from them on a Monday, I woke up that Wednesday to a California area code calling me. (I live in Houston) I answered, and it was UrbanOG alerting me that one pair had a minor dent on the left shoe and minor scratches on the right shoe. Not only did they call me, but they also emailed me pictures of the "minor scratches and dent". They offered me an extra 30% off (for a final sale) and told me I had until Friday to make my decision. Every time I called them, they answered which I adored. I received the shoes and they were honest about all damages and the scratches were honestly teeny tiny, but the fact that they warned me before taking my money was amazing. I've only had one shoe that didn't fit as comfortably but that all depends on the brand and/or manufacturer. (Bamboo and Wild Diva are two really good brands just off top) SHIPPING. If I order something Monday morning, I know I'm going to get my package Friday evening. They use UPS shipping which happens to be my "favorite" out of USPS and FedEx. However, this also can vary depending on state or province. CLOTHING QUALITY: I've only ordered one pair of pants which comes from their new plus size line. The pants are true to size and amazingly comfortable. (I wish I could tell you more about the quality of the clothing, but I can't after one item) ACCESSORIES: I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them and they are AMAZING. I received them in tip top, amazing, shape. Nothing was broken. (Not even a fingerprint in sight) SAVING: UrbanOG is already one of the more affordable online shopping sites, BUT they offer so many great sales such as 25%, 30%, or even 50% off on the regular which lasts for a few days at a time. CONCLUSION: Although UrbanOG's shoes can have some minor kinks, the prices are great and the customer service is amazing ! I plan on ordering from them in the NEAR future and will keep y'all posted. I love fashion shoes. Soo much, that I worked in a shoe department of a department store, so you can say I know all about sizing, quality,styles, etc...They have a great selection of fashion shoes on their site. They were having 30% off at the time, so I said why not. I purchased 3 pairs from them one day and another pair the following week. I always wear 9.5 in all of the shoes I have which are mostly from department stores and shoe stores, . Urbanog does not offer half sizes, so I just ordered a 10 in all of the shoes. I knew that a 10 would be a little roomy but it would work. When I got them, 2 out of 4 did not fit. The 2 pairs were too little and really tight to be a 10 on a size 9.5 foot. I emailed the company and told them the shoes are not true to size, I dont want to return them, but can I get an additional percent off since I'm stuck with shoes that are too little. Their reply back was they could not do anything about them. I could send them back, but I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee would be taken out of my refund. They also told me that the shoes are true to size based on the models shoe size and some peoples feet are abnornmal in width or legnth and that's why they don't fit my feet. That reply back kind of made me upset. It wasn't the return policy that made me mad, but the comment about the shoes being true to size. As a business how can you base whether or not a shoe is true to size based on the models feet and whether or not she says they are. The model might not be giving a honest review of the shoe since she is hired and paid to really only take pictures wearing the product. On all the pics of shoes I looked at the model says they are true to size. As a consumer that's been shopping for shoes for years, I can tell if shoes run small or are true to size when I try them on, I'm pretty sure many women have run into that issue when trying on shoes. The company should become more aware that all sizes of certain brands are not equal, meaning on vendors size 6 may differ from another vendors size 6 and so on with other sizes. I think they should let buyers review their products, so other buyers can get a truthful review on the product and they won't end up buying something too big, small, different color from pic etc....

Their customer service is horrible, also they charge a 30% restocking fee and your shipping is not refunded. I would not purchase from this website again. I know of a few other websites with the same items and better prices, better customer service and a more reasonable return policy.

I don't do a lot of online shopping so I was a bit nervous. I received my shoes in 4 business days and they are exactly what I ordered. I'm very impressed with the quality of the product. I can't wait to wear my shoes and I will definitely order again.

I've never had a problem ordering shoes from here. I realize that they are cheap and that's that. But then I received a pair of slightly worn shoes, which means nothing to me, because I assume they were the display pair. They didn't fit so I returned them, sucking up the $7 dollar shipping fee. But then they charged me 30% without telling me that they've received the shipment and saw that it was worn, which is not true and refunded me 1/4 of the price of what I paid for it. A company that practices robbery of this kind from their customers will lose this customer and continue losing customers.

I noticed a lot of negative reviews about urbanog but honestly it is one of my favourite sites. I've ordered multiple times and my orders have always arrived early with no problems. The quality of the items is also pretty good. I had ordered a pair of platform wedges during one of their deal-of-the-day sales and I was surprised at how long it has lasted based on the price I paid. I've had it for almost a year now and it still looks like new. I could say the same for most of the other items that I ordered from here. The only negative thing I can say is that the sweaters tend to be thinner than depicted but beyond that I think it's a great site. I'm very happy with this site and I will continue ordering from here and recommending them.

There are a lot of bad reviews about this company, but I got just what I wanted and received it within 5 days of ordering it.
