Hi! I placed an order 2 days ago & have tried emailing the company twice now regarding the confirmation email/tracking information that I have not received or heard back yet. I've shopped with them for over 2 years. Did a big cyber monday buy, and was going to return half the order that didn't work out. Lo and behold, there was no choice for their $7 return label that has ALWAYS been part of the return service for as long as I can remember using this site. I emailed and asked if this was a glitch, but was told that it was a "promotion" that had ended. Called several times in the hopes of actually talking to someone. Forever on hold, never got a call back. This was never presented as a promotion for the entirety I have bought from them. And this order was hefty, 7 pairs total. So now I'll have to pay over four times the original return shipping amount to get the shoes that didn't work out back. Can't say I'll be ordering again due to this shadiness, which is a shame since I have been for so long. Disappointed.

Placed an order 3 days ago and I have not received an email confirmation of the order and cant find my order on website although Paypal is showing payment was released. Emailed them a day ago and haven't received a response yet. Mind you I've ordered from them a few times with no problem.

I ordered some shoes and the style was accurate to the picture. Loved it. The quality corresponded with the price accurately. However, from my experience with other online boutiques, I made sure I ordered one size bigger because oftentimes I find that with cheap online boutiques the shoes run small. (not bashing, the prices are very low) Anyhow, when I received the shoes they ended up fitting for the larger size that i ordered. Which was great but from that i'm gona conclude that the shoes run small and if you decide to order, order one size up. Delivery was overall a decent experience. My order came in less than 7 business days for standard shipping. The box inside the packaging was a little dented but that could've been fault of the postal service. It took a few days for me to get the notification that my order was shipped, but once I received that notification, the updates proceeded appropriately until the package reached me. One thing I noticed was that the email updates from UrbanOG got sent to my spam/"Promotions" folder in my email. So check your junk folder if you haven't gotten any updates to your inbox. What upset me, was that I received the shoe with blemishes. Minor blemishes, but blemishes nonetheless. Completely unacceptable when sending someone a BRAND NEW SHOE. The shoes were very cheap and my style changes often so I probably wont wear them more than a few times. On that note, I personally decided that I will keep them and not return. Plus, the blemishes weren't anything obnoxious. Anyway, they did have a minor scratch or two, black skids on the bottom of the shoes. Not as if they were worn but more like if the were just improperly stored in the warehouse where other items could have been touching the shoes and damaging them. Also, there were small particles in the crevices of the shoe. I'm actually appalled that they felt it was okay to send these out. But, you get what you pay for I guess? Finally, upon review I wanted to post my comment directly to the website. While completing the form I notice there is only enough characters in the comments section to write a brief sentence. Okay, so I did some serious condensing including pros and cons. Even better, was when I attempted to submit the review and it says my order wasn't found in the system. I was very skeptical because the order shows up in my order history on my UrbanOG account. And that's how I ended here, on TrustPilot writing this review. The audacity of Urban OG is comical. I would still order from UrbanOG and recommend but I also would not expect too high a quality AT ALL.

Update: 7/26 I received an email yesterday apologizing for my experience . I was told I would receive a refund and gift certificate code and I did today. Even though it took awhile they rectified the situation . I received the wrong item. Told to return wrong item to receive right item. When I asked for them to send right item they said it wasn't available. I returned wrong item for refund then was told the right item was available . I returned wrong item to get right item (finally) I did and did not use their shipping label because that was not explained to me properly during emails.I asked for my shipping costs to be refunded and I was told no. They do not do discounts or refunds of any kind for my situation. Customer should always be satisfied and I wasn't . Now I am out $8 and still waiting for the original item I ordered to show up . They have the same inventory as GSLOVE and Debshops. You can shop there for better service .

I love fashion shoes. Soo much, that I worked in a shoe department of a department store, so you can say I know all about sizing, quality,styles, etc...They have a great selection of fashion shoes on their site. They were having 30% off at the time, so I said why not. I purchased 3 pairs from them one day and another pair the following week. I always wear 9.5 in all of the shoes I have which are mostly from department stores and shoe stores, . Urbanog does not offer half sizes, so I just ordered a 10 in all of the shoes. I knew that a 10 would be a little roomy but it would work. When I got them, 2 out of 4 did not fit. The 2 pairs were too little and really tight to be a 10 on a size 9.5 foot. I emailed the company and told them the shoes are not true to size, I dont want to return them, but can I get an additional percent off since I'm stuck with shoes that are too little. Their reply back was they could not do anything about them. I could send them back, but I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee would be taken out of my refund. They also told me that the shoes are true to size based on the models shoe size and some peoples feet are abnornmal in width or legnth and that's why they don't fit my feet. That reply back kind of made me upset. It wasn't the return policy that made me mad, but the comment about the shoes being true to size. As a business how can you base whether or not a shoe is true to size based on the models feet and whether or not she says they are. The model might not be giving a honest review of the shoe since she is hired and paid to really only take pictures wearing the product. On all the pics of shoes I looked at the model says they are true to size. As a consumer that's been shopping for shoes for years, I can tell if shoes run small or are true to size when I try them on, I'm pretty sure many women have run into that issue when trying on shoes. The company should become more aware that all sizes of certain brands are not equal, meaning on vendors size 6 may differ from another vendors size 6 and so on with other sizes. I think they should let buyers review their products, so other buyers can get a truthful review on the product and they won't end up buying something too big, small, different color from pic etc....

I've been scared to order from UrbanOG because of this. They have an amazing selection of everything, but their policy states that International Orders are Final Sale. WHY??? I love browsing the site and how it's set up, and the prices are really good. I've recently been shopping around for tall boots for Fall, and have found SEVERAL pairs that I love on UrbanOG, but because of this "Final Sale" deal, I've had to resort to ordering from GoJane...and paying more just for the security of being able to return items :S If they changed this policy, I'd order from them...

This site is ok. They have a few good items. However, they are SLOW when it comes to processing your order which means it takes over a week before you get what you ordered. Also, DO NOT ORDER ACCESSORIES from them. Do not order accessories from them for yourself or as a gift for other people b/c if you end up not liking the item whether it is a belt, purse, hat, etc...THEY WON'T LET YOU RETURN THEM. So read the fine print before purchasing those kind of items for yourself or for other people.
